Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workplace incivility, perceived supervisor support, job satisfaction, dan perceived socially responsible HRM terhadap employee performance dimediasi oleh organizational identification. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional survey design dengan point time approach. Objek penelitian adalah pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (DUKCAPIL) Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Variabel independen penelitian terdiri dari workplace incivility, perceived supervisor support, job satisfaction, dan perceived socially responsible HRM. Semua variabel independen tersebut dimediasi oleh organizational identification dan variabel dependen yaitu employee perfomance. Setiap variabel diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen dalam bentuk kuesioner yang berisi indikator atau pernyataan mengenai variabel. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Kata Kunci: workplace incivility, perceived supervisor support, job satisfaction, perceived socially responsible HRM, organizational identification dan employee performance
