Poverty problem that occurred could have been caused by the economic downturn. As a solution to overcome, Allah obliges Zakat  to those who can afford to have a concern for the eight people who have been mentioned in the QS At-Taubah: 60.  As a social property, zakat has a very important function, strategic and decisive both in the teaching and development of the people's welfare, as well as a way to narrow the income gap in the society. From this study can be drawn a conclusion that the successful management of zakat productive in efforts to raise the welfare mustahiq conducted by PMA A-Bunyan could be seen from the coaching, training, supervision, and savings.
