ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PESERTA DIDIK TERHADAP LAYANAN BK DI SEKOLAH

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan peserta didik terhadap layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMA N 1 Tuntang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 peserta didik kelas XII Bahasa. Teknik yaang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkn bahwa: 1) Terdapat 6 peserta didik dengan nilai persentase 89,66% berada dalam golongan tinggi yang artinya tingkat layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dikategorikan sangat puas; 2) Terdapat 25 peserta didik dengan persentase 70,3% berada dalam golongan sedang yang artinya tingkat layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dikategorikan puas; dan 3) Terdapat 4 peserta didik dengan persentase 49,14% berada dalam golongan rendah yang artinya tingkat layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dikategorikan tidak puas. Masih terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu dikaji dan menjadi bahan evaluasi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Secara umum tingkat kepuasan peserta didik terhadap layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di sekolah berada dalam kategori puas. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Peserta Didik, layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Abstract The aim of the research that has been carried out is to find out the level of student satisfaction with the Guidance and Counseling services at SMA N 1 Tuntang. The sample for this research was 35 students in class XII Language. The technique used in sampling uses Purposive Sampling. The research results show that: 1) There are 6 students with a percentage score of 89.66% who are in the high group, which means that the level of Guidance and Counseling services is categorized as very satisfied; 2) There are 25 students with a percentage of 70.3% who are in the medium group, which means that the level of Guidance and Counseling services is categorized as satisfied; and 3) There are 4 students with a percentage of 49.14% who are in the low group, which means that the level of Guidance and Counseling services is categorized as dissatisfied. There are still several things that need to be studied and used as material for evaluation of Guidance and Counseling teachers. In general, the level of student satisfaction with Guidance and Counseling services at school is in the satisfied category. Keywords: Student Satisfaction, Guidance and Counseling services
