<![CDATA[Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi di Polres Maros dan yang menjadi kendala pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi di Polres Maros. Penelitian empiris digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Kajian menunjukkan bahwa pihak Polres Maros telah menyelesaikan pelaksanaan dan pelayanan pembuatan surat izin mengemudi. sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Keefektifan pada proses pelayanan serta pelaksanaannya telah berdasarkan Sumber Daya Manusianya yang cukup namun memenuhi kualitas pelayanan yang juga ditunjang oleh Sarana dan Prasarana yang memadai serta Kesadaran Masyarakat yang produktif terhadap aturan Hukum Lalu Lintas. Dalam Proses penerbitan SIM di Polres Maros, masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang menghambat terwujudnya kelengkapan surat-surat bagi pengemudi. Biaya yang masih relatif memberatkan untuk kalangan masyarakat di desa, edukasi terhadap persyaratan serta akses jaringan internet yang harus diperhatikan. This study aims to determine the implementation of the driving license issuance at Maros Resort Police and the obstacles in the driving license issuance at Maros Resort Police. Empirical research is used as a research method. The study shows that the Maros Resort Police has completed the implementation and service of making a driver's license. in accordance with applicable regulations. The effectiveness of the service process and its implementation has been based on sufficient Human Resources but fulfills the quality of service which is also supported by adequate Facilities and Infrastructure and productive Public Awareness of the rules of Traffic Law. In the process of issuing a SIM at the Maros Resort Police, there are still several obstacles that hinder the realization of the completeness of the documents for the driver. Costs are still relatively burdensome for rural communities, education on requirements and internet network access must be considered.]]>
