<![CDATA[The research that has been carried out is entitled "The Effectiveness of Madrasah Head Supervision in Improving the Discipline of Educators and Education Personnel at MAS PAB 1 Sampali" which is motivated by the importance of discipline in educational institutions, especially at MAS PAB 1 Sampali, to achieve optimal learning goals. Qualitative descriptive research methods were used to conduct this research, providing a more thorough explanation of the research topic. Three data collection methods were used: documentation, interviews, and observation. The results of the research reveal that the effectiveness of Madrasah Head Supervision in Improving the Discipline of Educators and Education Personnel at MAS PAB 1 Sampali has been implemented well by the madrasa head, educators and education personnel. Supervision of the madrasa head at MAS PAB 1 Sampali, which involved careful planning, collaborative implementation, and thorough evaluation, succeeded in increasing awareness and commitment to the discipline. The systematic and consistent role of the madrasa head creates a better and higher quality educational environment, even though there are still obstacles faced. Based on the research findings above, supervision of madrasa heads must be feasible and implemented as a solution to create quality educators and more disciplined education staff to create a quality educational environment.]]>
