<![CDATA[Garuda Indonesia airline experienced passenger growth in the third quarter of 2023 of 10,498,823 passengers or 36.45 percent from the previous period in 2022. This increase also resulted in an increase in cargo transportation which reached 144,000 tons. The method used in this study, the researcher used a qualitative research method. The data collection process carried out by the researcher through an interview process conducted with the load master unit consisting of 3 officers, documentation and observation were carried out by the researcher by coming directly to the research location. The steps for data analysis carried out by the researcher through data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of handling cargo and baggage from loading to reporting has met the SOP. Problems that are often experienced when handling baggage and cargo during loading are delays in activities during preparation at ground time, the causes of which include factors such as Facilities, Human Resources, Human Error, Passenger, and Load.]]>
