<![CDATA[ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Gangguan motorik yang terjadi pada pasien stroke dapat mengakibatkan kelemahan otot yang merupakan akibat dari penurunan fungsi neuromuskuler, latihan CIMT untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas. Masalah penelitian adalah masih adanya pasien stroke yang yang mengalami kelemahan motorik ekstremitas atas. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui pengaruh contraint induced movement therapy terhadap kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas pada pasien stroke di RS Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau.Metode : Penelitian menggunakan penelitian pre experimental dengan pre test-post test one group design. Populasi sebanyak 319 orang dan sampel sebanyak 10 orang. Jenis data penelitian adalah data primer. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik uji Wilcoxon Test (uji nonparametrik).Hasil : Hasil penelitian nilai rata-rata kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas pada pasien stroke sebelum dan sete;ahcontraint induced movement therapy di RS Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau dengan nilai 3,20 dan 3,90. Ada pengaruh contraint induced movement therapy terhadap kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas pada pasien stroke di RS Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau dengan r value = 0,008 < 0,05 (α).Saran : Bagi RS Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dilakukan secara terus menerus kepada pasien stroke untuk memperbaiki kekuatan otot pada pasien stroke, dilakukan 1 jam per hari dan setiap hari dengan demikian dapat memberi hasil yang lebih maksimal.Kata Kunci : Contraint Induced Movement Therapy, Kekuatan Otot Ekstremitas Atas, Stroke ABSTRACTBackground : Motor disorders that occur in stroke patients can result in muscle weakness which is a result of decreased neuromuscular function, CIMT exercises to improve upper limb muscle strength. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of contraint induced movement therapy on upper limb muscle strength in stroke patients at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City.Methods : The study used pre-experimental research with pre-test-post-test one group design.
