Abstract: Pastoral counseling is very important, especially in a church. Pastoral counseling is a method and effort that is part of church ministry, especially in the pastoral realm, which aims to embrace problems that occur in the context of the congregation. Pastoral counseling is a dialogic effort between theological concepts, especially in the context of pastoral praxis, and psychological concepts related to the psychological context of humans, especially members of a church. This combination of theology and psychology creates an integration of church praxis in pastoral ministry to answer and resolve pastoral problems in God's church. The aim of this research is to explore scientific integration and practical application of pastoral counseling, especially those related to theological and psychological integration. In this study the authors used a qualitative research method that was more focused on literature study to explore the theoretical integration between theology and psychology in the concept of pastoral counseling. The results of this study found that there is theological-psychological integration in the concept of pastoral counseling.Abstrak: Konseling pastoral merupakan hal yang sangat penting terutama dalam sebuah gereja. Konseling pastoral adalah suatu cara dan upaya yang menjadi bagian dalam pelayanan gereja terutama dalam ranah pastoral yang bertujuan untuk merengkuh permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dalam konteks jemaat. Konseling pastoral merupakan upaya dialogis antara konsep teologis terutama dalam konteks praksis pastoral dan konsep psikologi yang berhubungan dengan konteks kejiwaan dari manusia khususnya jemaat dalam suatu gereja. Kombinasi antara teologi dan psikologis ini menciptakan suatu integrasi praksis gereja dalam pelayanan pastoral untuk menjawab dan menyelesaikan persoalan-persoalan pastoral dalam gereja Tuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali integrasi keilmuan dan penerapan praksis dari konseling pastoral terutama yang berhubungan dengan integrasi teologis dan psikologis. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang lebih terfokus pada studi pustaka untuk menggali integrasi teoritis antara teologi dan psikologi dalam konsep konseling pastoral. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ada integrasi teologis-psikologis dalam konsep konseling pastoral.
