Education is an area of life that is very important to improve the quality of a nation. But even so, the quality of education in Indonesia was still far from advanced and foremost. On this basis, Merdeka Belajar (Freedom of Learning)program was born from Indonesian government's to answer these problems. In order to bridge the program, it needed to support and views from various sides, including from the perspective of Hindu Religious Education. Based on these problems, the researcher through this paper was interested in studying Merdeka Belajar (Freedom of Learning) program from the perspective of Hindu Religious Education. From there, three formulations of the problem were born, namely the nature of Merdeka Belajar (Freedom of Learning), the Perspective of Hindu Religious Education on Merdeka Belajar (Freedom of Learning), and its implications for creating the Golden Indonesia 2045. Through qualitative research methods with a library study approach, the results of this research showed that the essence of Freedom of Learning as an urgent program can be supported by the noble views of Hindu Religious Education to prepare for Golden Indonesia 2045.
