<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the critical thinking abilities of students at SMP Negeri 1 Paciran in solving PISA type questions when viewed from the differences in learning styles. This type of research is descriptive by referring to four indicators of critical thinking skills, namely Interpretation, Analysis, Evaluation and Inference. The subjects involved in this research were 4 male students in class IX A and IX B who had different learning styles. These learning styles include visual, auditory, read/write, and kinesthetic. Data collection was carried out using a learning style questionnaire and a critical thinking ability test adapted from PISA type questions. The results of this research show that students with a visual learning style do not write down their work and answers in detail. Students with an auditory learning style find it easier to explain their work and answers orally. Students with a read/write learning style write down their work and answers in detail even though they need to read the questions more than once to understand. Students with a kinesthetic learning style understand less about the questions and make more physical movements when interviewed by researchers.]]>
