This study aims to find out about the influence of academic service quality on student satisfaction in the State Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Musamus University. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The results of this study indicate that quality service from educational staff is able to have a significant influence on student satisfaction in the State Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Musamus University. The results of this research prove that quality service will have a positive impact on student satisfaction. This, if a tertiary institution wishes to provide satisfaction to the recipients of its academic services, the services provided must be of good quality. Keywords : Service Quality; Satisfaction
