The findings revealed that: 1) the supervisor’s performance positively correlated with the pedagogic competence for 0.663; 2) the supervisor’s performance positively correlated with the teacher’s personality competence level for 0.646; 3) the supervisor’s performance positively correlated with the teacher’s social competence level for 0.651; 4) ) the supervisor’s performance positively correlated with the teacher’s professional competence for 0.636; 5) the variables of training (x1), supervising (x2), and evaluation (x3) closely correlated with the teachers’ competence for 0.754. Accordingly, it showed that higher supervisor’s performance created higher level of teacher’s competence.Keywords: performance supervisor, teachers competencies’s levelAbstrak:Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional, yaitu suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui akibat dari suatu tindakan atau bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan positif antara kinerja supervisor dengan kompetensi pedagogik sebesar 0.663; 2) terdapat hubungan positif antara kinerja supervisor dengan tingkat kompetensi kepribadian guru sebesar 0.646; 3) terdapat hubungan positif antara kinerja supervisor dengan kompetensi sosial guru sebesar 0.651; 4) terda-pat hubungan positif antara kinerja supervisor dengan kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 0.636; 5) terdapat keeratan hubungan antara variabel pembinaan (x1), pemantauan (x2), penilaian (x3) secara bersama-sama dengan kompetensi guru (y) sebesar 0.754, kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa, semakin tinggi kinerja supervisor, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kompetensi guru.Kata kunci: kinerja supervisor, tingkat kompetensi guru.]]>
