<![CDATA[For companies to expand various ways of ordering in order to increase sales, a decision support system is needed, because the general public still makes decisions that are subjective and not as expected. Without quantitative data to support the right decision-making process, determining how to order is not objective. The research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is a functional hierarchy decision support model. In the way of ordering products by consumers, the better the service and the types of orders provided by the restaurant will lead to satisfaction of consumers. The results of the study indicate that the most important criteria for choosing how to order products are the criteria for Product Quality of 42%, Promotion of 25%, Time of 17%, and Price of 15%. Furthermore, the order of alternative priorities for choosing the way to order products by consumers is the first, namely Aggregator by 33%, Take Away by 27%, Delivery and Application having the same weight of 20%.]]>
