Abstract

In general, a government needs a system that can support the process of a service. where service can be interpreted as an effort to take care of what is needed by the community. In this study to measure the quality of the website baznas.go.id by using the webqual 4.0 method. Webqual is a measurement to measure the quality of a website based on research instruments. The research instruments used in webqual 4.0 are usability, information quality, interaction quality, and user satisfaction. The results of this study that the variable information quality (quality information) and usability (usability) have an influence on website users.

Abstract

Abstract In the Assessment of Best Employees, DTPeduli Bekasi still uses a system whose criteria are still not clear in its value weighting and are still based on estimates from the leadership of the company. Moreover, the best employee assessment can be used as a reference for giving rewards / bonuses to employees. Therefore, a decision support system is needed for the process of selecting the best employees. This decision support system, can determine the calculated value of all criteria. This system uses the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where this method is a method that can solve the problem of decision making based on many criteria. The DTPeduli Bekasi study has 13 criteria, namely Loyalty, Ability to work, Responsibility, Obedience, Honesty, Cooperation, Work Initiative, Communication, Discipline and attendance, and Appearance can be collaborated using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process method so that the linkages between criteria make the process of appraising employees best becomes easy. Keywords: AHP, Criteria, Weight Value and Best Employee Assessment Abstrak Dalam Penilaian Karyawan Terbaik DTPeduli Bekasi masih meggunakan sistem yang kriterianya masih belum jelas pembobotan nilainya dan masih berdasarkan perkiraan dari pimpinan perusahaan. Terlebih lagi penilaian karyawan terbaik bisa digunakan sebagai acuan untuk pemberian reward/bonus kepada karyawan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini, dapat menentukan nilai perhitung terhadap semua kriteria. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dimana metode ini merupakan metode yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan banyak kriteria. Pada studi DTPeduli Bekasi memiliki 13 kriteria yaitu Kesetiaan, Kemampuan akan pekerjaan, Tanggung jawab, Ketaatan, Kejujuran, Kerja sama, Inisiatif kerja, Komunikasi, Disiplin dan kehadiran, dan Penampilan dapat dikolaborasikan menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process sehingga keterkaitan antara kriteria menjadikan proses penilaian karyawan terbaik menjadi mudah. Kata kunci: AHP, Kriteria, Nilai Bobot dan Penilaian Karyawan Terbaik

Abstract

Perkembangan industri penerbangan saat ini sangat meningkat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin banyaknya maskapai penerbangan situs pemesanan tiket pesawat secara online yang bermunculan, membuat persaingan semakin kompetitif. Berangkat dari banyaknya faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap penggunaan situs pemesanan tiket, maka dibuatlah sebuah perbandingan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap penggunaan situs pemesanan tiket. AHP adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk pengambilan suatu keputusan dengan menggunakan hierarki dan melakukan perbandingan pada setiap kriteria, serta alternatif yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Setelah melakukan penelitian, maka dihasilkan jika Traveloka merupakan situs pemesanan tiket pesawat secara online yang paling diminati oleh para pengguna traveller khususnya komunitas Himpunan Pecinta Alam Lima Tangerang (HIPALITA ALL GENERATION).

Abstract

Abstract Youth is the next generation of the nation. Youth is a potential investment that needs good guidance and assistance, so that its activities can be directed and participate in the development of the nation and state. For this reason, it is necessary to accommodate their activeness and creativity in directed organizational associations. In Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Bekasi City, a Katana 22 Youth Organization has been formed, precisely in RW.022 Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Taman Narogong Indah Housing Estate, Bekasi City, which is stipulated by a Decree of the Village Head of Pengasinan. At the youth organization a lot of expertise is given in the field of management, human resources related to youth development programs. The problem that exists at Karang Taruna Katana 22 is that they do not understand the use of blogs in organizational activities. For this reason, Nusa Mandiri University lecturers and students hold community service activities in the form of learning to create blogs so that youth youth organizations can use it as a promotional event, adding to the creativity of youth youth writing activities. Keywords: Blog, Training, Youth Organization Abstrak Pemuda merupakan generasi penerus bangsa. Pemuda merupakan investasi potensi yang perlu mendapat bimbingan dan pendampingan secara baik, sehingga kegiatannya bisa terarah dan berperan serta dalam pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Untuk itu perlu diwadahi keaktifan dan kreativitasnya dalam perkumpulan organisasi yang terarah. Di Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Kota Bekasi telah terbentuk Karang Taruna Katana 22 tepatnya di RW.022 Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Perumahan Taman Narogong Indah Kota Bekasi yang ditetapkan dengan Surat Keputusan Lurah Pengasinan. Pada karang taruna banyak keahlian yang diberikan di bidang manajemen, sumber daya manusia yang terkait dengan program perkembangan karang taruna. Permasalahan yang ada pada Karang Taruna Katana 22 yaitu kurang paham penggunaan blog dalam kegiatan berorganiasasi. Untuk itu dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Mandiri mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pembelajaran pembuatan blog agar para remaja karang taruna dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai ajang promosi, menambah kreatifitas kegiatan menulis para remaja karang taruna. Abstract

Educational institutions, especially Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, many scholarships are offered to prospective students, scholarships are also given to prospective students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda, East Jakarta, namely in the form of superior scholarships, several problems that often occur, for example the selection process is not accurate due to the large number of applicants who must register. according to the existing criteria, so that the selection process requires accuracy and time so this is not effective. Decision support applications are a way of dealing with the problem of determining scholarships at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This application uses Simple Additive Weighing (SAW), chosen because this method determines the weight of each predetermined criterion then proceeds with the normalization process and continues with the ranking process to select the best alternative. The results of this study are a decision support system in the classification of scholarship recipients using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda, East Jakarta based on a website with the results of the selected criteria C1 Academic Achievement, C2 Non-Academic Achievement, C3 Report Value, C4 Personality, C5 Parent's Dependent, C6 Parent's Income. Based on the results of research from the application of a decision support system in classifying scholarship recipients using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, it was successful so that it could be seen which students deserved the scholarship. This application makes it easier for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the new student admissions section to determine scholarship recipients according to existing criteria, faster and on target as expected compared to the previous system.

Abstract

For companies to expand various ways of ordering in order to increase sales, a decision support system is needed, because the general public still makes decisions that are subjective and not as expected. Without quantitative data to support the right decision-making process, determining how to order is not objective. The research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is a functional hierarchy decision support model. In the way of ordering products by consumers, the better the service and the types of orders provided by the restaurant will lead to satisfaction of consumers. The results of the study indicate that the most important criteria for choosing how to order products are the criteria for Product Quality of 42%, Promotion of 25%, Time of 17%, and Price of 15%. Furthermore, the order of alternative priorities for choosing the way to order products by consumers is the first, namely Aggregator by 33%, Take Away by 27%, Delivery and Application having the same weight of 20%.

Abstract

Archives are records or letters that are useful and have value, so it is important to store them properly. In this modern era, archives can be stored in digital form, namely in the form of images, sound, video, writing and so on. Digital archives can be managed through computer programs and stored on digital data storage media. With this transformation, it is certainly very easy for interested parties, such as institutions/organizations that own archives. With digital archive storage media connected to the internet, these archives can be accessed whenever and wherever they are. Nusa Mandiri University as one of the tertiary institutions in Indonesia which always carries out the tri dharma of higher education collaborates with the community in carrying out one of the tri dharma, namely community service. The civitas of Nusa Mandiri University held community service activities with Baitul Halim Mosque Youth (RBH), which is an organization formed by teenagers in the Tegal Parang area, South Jakarta. The community service this time raised the theme of Digital Archives Management as a Source of Information for Baitul Halim Mosque Youth Using Google Drive and Dropbox.

Abstract

Fathayat Nahdatul Ulama (NU) Ciledug branch is one of the major Islamic organizations in Indonesia under the auspices of Nahdatul Ulama (NU). Most of the members and administrators of this organization are women from the age of 20 to 45 years. The problem with this organization is that some of the board members have trading businesses that are only known by the surrounding environment. By providing E-commerce training, this can be used as a promotional medium by utilizing (Pandemi Akselerasi Perubahan Perilaku Belanja Online)an existing marketplace. Fathayat Nahdatul Ulama (NU) Ciledug is an organization that actively organizes social activities. This is also the reason for the need to hold training on the use of marketplace applications to increase sales so that part of the sales profits can be donated to the social activities carried out.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, human needs for time make all household and community activities want to be practical, especially such as washing clothes. Especially for people who have busy demands and do not have time to wash clothes, dry and iron so they prefer to entrust their laundry to the services of a laundry or laundry, for the reason of saving time and to concentrate more on completing their work. This study aims to design a service information system that can help in conveying information about laundry and knowing the valid and efficient website-based laundry service information system. This form of research uses the Rapid Application Development method to produce a product and uses a prototype model to design the system. This Information System is the best solution for solving problems in the management of laundry service systems. With the use of computer data technology that is managed becomes faster, reducing time inefficiencies and reducing the occurrence of errors in processing data.

Abstract

Sistem Pakar merupakan suatu sistem yang menggabungkan atau berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan dan penelusuran data pakar ke dalam komputer agar dapat memecahkan masalah yang secara normal dilakukan oleh seorang pakar. Resiko kematian ibu juga lebih tinggi karena faktor keterlambatan untuk mengenali tanda bahaya dini pada kehamilan, keterlambatan membuat keputusan untuk dirujuk, keterlambatan ke fasilitas kesehatan selama keadaan darurat, dan keterlambatan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yang memadai oleh dokter dan bidan. Salah satu angka kematian pada ibu yang tinggi di Indonesia adalah karena bantuan yang relatif rendah oleh tenaga professional kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem pakar ini adalah metode Forward Chaining. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi dini tanda bahaya dan komplikasi pada kehamilan dengan berbasis android. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan RSI Dr Subki Abdulkadir baik dari segi teknis kesehatan maupun informasi yang jelas tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan. Aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibangun, agar dapat respon yang baik dan dapat membantu dalam mendeteksi dini tanda bahaya dan komplikasi kehamilan pada ibu hamil.
