Abstract. CV Mulai Dari Sini (MDS) is a shoe manufacturer that implements the Make to Order (MTO) system, producing school shoes, work shoes, and casual shoes according to customer orders. However, the company is facing significant losses due to additional costs, rework time, and material losses because the percentage of defective products exceeds the established standards, resulting in a decrease in profits of up to 7% per year. The standard defect percentage is set at a maximum of 2% per month, but the average defect rate for casual shoes during 2018-2022 exceeded 3% per month. To solve this issue, research is conducted using Seven Tools and the TRIZ method. Identification reveals four types of defects in casual shoes: easily detachable glue, uneven stitching, scratches, and stains. Proposed solutions for improvement include directly admonishing operators, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the stitching process, adding a press tool, improving lighting with desk lamps, and enhancing air circulation with floor production fans. Abstrak. CV Mulai Dari Sini (MDS) adalah produsen sepatu yang menerapkan sistem Make to Order (MTO), memproduksi sepatu sekolah, sepatu kerja, dan sepatu kasual sesuai pesanan konsumen. Namun, perusahaan menghadapi kerugian signifikan akibat biaya tambahan, waktu pengerjaan ulang, dan kerugian material karena persentase produk cacat melebihi standar yang ditetapkan, menyebabkan penurunan keuntungan hingga 7% per tahun. Standar persentase cacat ditetapkan maksimal 2% per bulan, tetapi rata-rata cacat sepatu kasual selama 2018-2022 melebihi 3% per bulan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan penelitian menggunakan Seven Tools dan metode TRIZ. Identifikasi menunjukkan empat jenis kecacatan pada sepatu kasual: lem mudah lepas, jahitan tidak rapi, bekas goresan, dan bekas noda. Solusi perbaikan termasuk memberikan teguran langsung kepada operator, membuat Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) untuk proses jahit, menambah alat press, meningkatkan pencahayaan dengan lampu meja, dan meningkatkan sirkulasi udara dengan kipas angin di lantai produksi.
