Abstract

Shoes are footwears needed by everyone such as employees, housewives, students or any other profession to do their activity. One example of profession that wears shoes in doing their work is a nurse in the hospital. An intial observation done to the nurse profession in the hospital shows that there is a problem in the condition of the shoes they wear. The shoes condition is not suitable to the characterisctic of the work, as well as to the condition of the workplace enviroment, which could lead to fatigue to the nurses and significantly influence the stress level of the nurses. The study aims to design a shoes that meet the the consumers wishes and the ergonomic value which eventually could be proposed as the improvement design for the nurse shoes. The method used in this study is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) as a design method used to determine the priority needs and desires of consumers, as well as to classify them. From the data processing and analysing, it is shown that the innovation made in the shoes for nurses are on the material used, which previously used a cow skin and now it uses velvet, in order to reduce the production cost; the heel design of the shoes which is modified to be more varies to meet the nurse needs; the replacement on the soles materials so they would not be slippery and they would cost less.

Abstract

CV. Bandung Mulia Konveksi is one of the clothing convection company located in Bandung which produces three types of products includes jackets, screen printing t-shirts and shirts. The products are produced by passing the same workstation namely the workstation of pattern, cutting, screen printing, and sewing. Based on data on the amount of production and data on the number of defective products in the last five years, CV. Bandung Mulia Konveksi can be seen that only screen printing t-shirts that have a percentage of disability outside the company's tolerance limit. Defects that occur on screen printing t-shirts can be known based on the work area. Quality improvement can be done using New Seven Tools to identify problems and 5S concepts for proposed improvements. The 5S checklist audit results and the giving of the 5S score on the conditions prior to the 5s applications a score of 20% is obtained, which means it is very bad. Whereas after the 5S implementation and the 5S audit checklist were carried out and the 5S score was given, the score increased to 62% which means good.

Abstract

Abstract. Quality control is activities to be able to improve, maintain and improve the quality of the products produced. Because it controls the quality, it is very important to improve the quality of the products produced. Can improve the quality expected by all elements of the company can be obtained as expected. CV. X is a company established in the city of Bandung in 2003, Jakarta, Bogor and Central Java. The company is engaged in the production of various laboratory equipment such as erlenmayer, test tubes, drip pipettes, measuring flasks and measuring cups. The number of pumpkin production in 2016 was 2218, in 2017 as many as 2429 and in 2018 as many as 2871. Of the total production, the level of defect of pumpkin products measured an increase in 2016 of 3.5%, in 2017 amounted to 4.3% and in 2018 of 5.3%. The level of product defect exceeds the target or determined by the company for smoothness of 2%, it is necessary to improve the quality of product defects in the flask. Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) can be used to analyze and provide solutions to improve the quality of defective products. Based on the processing and analysis of the data obtained on the type of defective form is not appropriate is the operator who is not careful with the value of RPN 120, the cause of screen printing defects that consider cleanliness, less careful, dirty work area, the user uses the operator to reverse the setting with the RPN value 144, causing damage back / broken ie operator settings change, less careful and less tidy work station with a value of RPN 240. Abstrak. Pengendalian kualitas merupakan aktivitas-aktivitas untuk dapat menjaga, mempertahankan dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena hal tersebut pengendalian kualitas memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam terciptanya produk yang berkualitas. Sehingga tujuan yang diharapkan oleh seluruh elemen perusahaan dapat tercapai. CV. X merupakan perusahaan yang didirikan di Kota Bandung pada tahun 2003, berbasis usaha kecil menengah dengan pangsa pasar meliputi wilayah Bandung, Jakarta, Bogor dan Jawa Tengah. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam produksi berbagai macam alat-alat laboratorium seperti erlenmayer, tabung reaksi, pipet tetes, labu ukur dan gelas ukur. Jumlah produksi labu ukur pada tahun 2016 adalah 2218, pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 2429 dan pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 2871 . Dari jumlah produksi tersebut, tingkat kecacatan produk labu ukur mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada tahun 2016 sebesar 3.5%, tahun 2017 sebesar 4,3% dan tahun 2018 sebesar 5,3%. Tingkat kecacatan produk sudah melewati ambang batas dari yang diharapkan perusahaan sebesar 2 % sehingga diperlukan upaya unuk mengatasi masalah kecacatan produk pada labu ukur . Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan solusi terhadap perbaikan kualitas produk cacat. Hasil dari data yang telah diolah dan dianalisa, faktor penyebab kecacatan bentuk tidak sesuai yaitu operator kurang hati-hati dengan nilai RPN 120, penyebab cacat sablon yaitu perhatian terhadap kebersihan kurang, kurang hati-hati, stasiun kerja kotor, intensitas penggunaan alat tinggi, kurangnya pengawasan dan operator mengabaikan setting dengan nilai RPN 144, penyebab cacat retak/pecah yaitu operator mengabaikan aturan setting, kurang hati-hati dan stasiun kerja kurang rapi dengan nilai RPN 240.

Abstract

Abstract. Facility layout design is a part of facility design that focuses more on setting physical elements. These physical elements can be machines, equipment, tables, buildings, and so on. Rules or regulatory logic can be in the form of determining the objective function, such as the total distance or the total cost of moving goods. Good design cannot be separated from the design of a good facility layout, starting from the layout, material flow and company production processes that are well structured so that it will produce effectiveness and efficiency in the company. Good layout planning will provide many benefits for the company and maintain the survival or success of a company. CV. X is a company engaged in engineering that produces civil lab equipment. The problems with this company are that the layout has not been arranged neatly, work stations that have close relationships are still far apart, the flow of the production process is irregular, the distance between machines is not too wide. In addition, the finished material warehouse is located in front of the production area close to the entrance and exit gate so that it interferes with the entry and exit of people. The purpose of this study is to be able to identify and analyze the layout of the production floor used and determine the proposed layout to minimize the distance of material transfer. In this study, the method used is the Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) algorithm with the help of CORELAP 1.0 software. The results obtained after the study showed that the displacement distance in the initial layout was 369.5 meters of displacement/product, while the proposed layout resulted in a displacement of 320.5 meters of displacement/product. The results of the study showed that the proposed layout was able to increase the efficiency of material/product transfer distances by 13.3% and resulted in a better material flow pattern for the company. The analysis is carried out by comparing the effectiveness and efficiency of the path flow and the resulting material transfer between the initial layout and the proposed layout. Abstrak. Perancangan tata letak fasilitas merupakan bagian perancangan fasilitas yang lebih fokus pada pengaturan unsur fisik. Unsur fisik ini dapat berupa mesin, peralatan, meja, bangunan, dan sebagainya. Aturan atau logika pengaturan dapat berupa ketetapan fungsi tujuan misalnya total jarak atau total biaya perpindahan barang. Perancangan yang baik tak lepas dari perancangan tata letak failitas yang baik juga mulai dari tata letak, aliran material serta proses produksi perusahaan yang tersusun dengan baik sehingga akan menghasilkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pada perusahaan. Perencanaan tata letak yang baik akan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi perusahaan serta menjaga keberlangsungan hidup atau keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. CV. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang teknik yang memproduksi peralatan lab sipil. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan yaitu belum tersusunnya layout dengan rapih, stasiun kerja yang memiliki hubungan erat masih berjauhan, aliran proses produksi tidak beraturan, jarak antar mesin tidak terlalu luas. Selain itu gudang bahan jadi terletak didepan area produksi dekat dengan pintu gerbang keluar masuk sehingga mengganggu keluar masuknya orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mengetahui serta menganalisis tata letak lantai produksi yang digunakan serta menentukan layout usulan untuk meminimalisir jarak perpindahan bahan. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) dengan bantuan Software CORELAP 1.0. Hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan setelah penelitian bahwa jarak perpindahan pada layout awal sebesar 369,5 meter perpindahan/produk, sedangkan untuk layout usulan menghasilkan jarak perpindahan sebesar 320,5 meter perpindahan/produk. Hasil dari penelitian didapat bahwa tata letak yang diusulkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi jarak perpindahan bahan/produk sebesar 13,3% dan menghasilkan pola aliran material yang lebih baik bagi perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dari aliran lintasan dan pemindahan material yang dihasilkan antara tataletak awal dan tataletak usulan.

Abstract

Abstract. The Lembang Regional General Hospital is located at Jalan Raya Lembang KM 11.4 No. 11, Gudangkahuripan, Lembang which is engaged in health services. Lembang Regional General Hospital provides health services. There is a problem at the Lembang Regional General Hospital, namely the rating of the Lembang Regional Hospital has a small rating among hospitals in the city of Bandung with a rating of 2.3. In addition to rating, the problems that occur at the Lembang Regional General Hospital, namely the service performance at the Lembang Regional General Hospital means that the old community's lack of trust in the Lembang Regional Hospital is still high. The purpose of this study was to analyze and identify service attributes on service quality at Lembang Hospital with the Kano method and the ServQual method so as to provide the best proposal to the parties concerned in an effort to reduce complaints from consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze and identify service attributes on service quality at Lembang Hospital with the Kano method and the ServQual method so as to provide the best proposal to the parties concerned in an effort to reduce complaints from consumers. The methodology used is the Kano Model Method and the ServQual (Service Quality) Method. The Kano Model method is used to determine the Kano Category which consists of: Attractive, One Dimensional, Must be, No difference (Indifferent), Returned (Reverse) and Questionable. The ServQual (Service Quality) method is used to determine the gap between the company's performance and customer expectations. Based on these two methods, actions can be generated on service attributes, namely services that are maintained, improved and improved.The results showed 1) From the results of the open questionnaire obtained 20 service attributes contained in the Lembang Regional Hospital based on the dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance. Abstrak. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang bertempat di Jalan Raya Lembang KM 11,4 No. 11, Gudangkahuripan, Lembang yang bergerak dalam jasa kesehatan. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan. Terdapat permasalahan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang yaitu ratting dari Rumah Sakit Daerah Lembang memiliki ratting yang kecil diantara Rumah Sakit di Kota Bandung dengan ratting 2,2. Selain ratting, permasalahan yang terjadi pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang yaitu pada pada kinerja pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang berarti kekurangan kepercayaan masyarakat lama pada Rumah Sakit Daerah Lembang masih tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi atribut layanan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Lembang dengan metode Kano dan metode ServQual sehingga dapat memberikan usulan terbaik terhadap pihak yang bersangkutan dalam upaya untuk mengurangi keluhan dari konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Model Kano dan Metode ServQual (Service Quality). Metode Model Kano digunakan untuk mengetahui Kategori Kano yang terdiri dari: Menarik (Attractive), Satu Dimensi (One Dimensional), Harus (Must be), Tidak ada perbedaan (Indifferent), Dikembalikan (Reverse) dan Dipertanyakan (Questionable). Adapun Metode ServQual (Service Quality) digunakan untuk mengetahui kesenjangan antara kinerja perusahaan dengan harapan pelanggan. Berdasarkan kedua metode tersebut dapat dihasilkan tindakan pada atribut pelayanan yaitu pelayanan yang dipertahankan, ditingkatkan dan diperbaiki. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) Dari hasil kuesioner terbuka didapatkan 20 atribut pelayanan yang terdapat pada Rumah Sakit Daerah Lembang berdasarkan dimensi kualitas jasa yaitu Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness dan Assurance;

Abstract

Abstract. Nowadays, more and more foodstuffs are needed because of the increasing population, especially the demand for processed food that is ready to be consumed. One of the business actors engaged in processed food, namely UD. Srikandi Indramayu who produces processed tofu. In the process, the company has several problems, namely consumers who are getting bored with processed tofu products, the current products are less varied, sales decline every year, and are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this phenomenon, the formulation of the problems in this research are: (1) How is the product development process of UD. Srikandi? (2) What product characteristics are the priority for the company to develop? (3) How was the proposal chosen for UD Srikandi's products?. The research was conducted using the New Product Development Life Cycle stages for the development process of this tofu product, while at the product development stage the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods were used to determine alternative product choices. The results of this reserach are: the katsu tofu product is the chosen product. The main characteristic is the development of tofu katsu. Based on the results of data processing using the Expert Choice application version 11, it is known that the spinach flavor is the chosen alternative. This is because the alternative choice of spinach flavor has the greatest priority weight value than other alternatives. Thus, the results of this product development are in accordance with the needs and desires of today's consumers. Abstrak. Bahan pangan saat ini semakin banyak dibutuhkan karena jumlah penduduk yang semakin bertambah, terutama permintaan terhadap olahan makanan setengah jadi yang siap dikonsumsi. Salah satu pelaku usaha yang bergerak dibidang makanan olahan yaitu UD. Srikandi Indramayu yang memproduksi olahan tahu. Pada prosesnya perusahaan memiliki beberapa permasalahan yaitu konsumen yang sudah mulai bosan dengan produk olahan tahu, produk yang ada saat ini kurang variatif, penjualan menurun setiap tahunnya, serta terdampak masa pandemic Covid-19. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut maka rumusan permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Bagaimana proses pengembangan produk UD.Srikandi? (2) Karakteristik produk apakah yang menjadi prioritas untuk dikembangkan perusahaan? (3) Bagaimana usulan terpilih untuk produk UD. Srikandi?. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan tahapan New Product development Life Cycle untuk proses pegembangan produk tahu ini, adapun pada tahap product development digunakan metode Quality Function Deploymen (QFD) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan alternative pilihan produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: produk tahu katsu menjadi produk terpilih. Adapun karakteristik prioritasnya adalah pengembangan rasa tahu katsu. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice versi 11 diketahui bahwa rasa bayam menjadi alternative terpilih. Hal ini dikarenakan alternative pilihan rasa bayam memiliki nilai bobot prioritas terbesar daripada alternatif lainnya. Sehingga, hasil pengembangan produk ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract. Determining salary or wages for each position in a particular company, especially in PT. X is not an easy task to do since there is no definitive, complete, exact and accurate way. There is one way to determine the salary or wages for each position that can be accepted by various parties, which is by conducting a job assessment first. Job assessment itself is one of the tools that can be used to determine the value of a job in an organization or company based on the degree of importance. The results of the job assessment can be then converted into a salary or wage. Currently, there is a turnover phenomenon at PT.X which is caused by several factors, mainly caused the salary factor. To overcome these problems, a way or method is needed to determine the salary. One of them is by conducting a job assessment using the Cullen Egan Dell point system method. Job relative value/worth (NRJ) is the result from job assessment using the point system method, one of which is the Cullen Egan Dell (CED) method. This value is generated from the sum of each position’s expertise, judgement, and accountability factor. With the job relative worth, the amount of salary can be found by converting the relative worth into money nominal. Based on the comparison between the existing total take home pay and the proposed total take home pay, there was an increase of Rp3,835,127 from Rp297,309,053 to Rp301,144,184.- Abstrak. Dalam penentuan gaji atau upah untuk setiap jabatan di dalam suatu perusahaan terutama PT. X bukanlah pekerjaan yang mudah untuk dilakukan karena tidak ada cara yang pasti, lengkap, eksak dan akurat. Salah satu cara untuk melakukan penentuan gaji atau upah untuk setiap jabatan yang dapat diterima berbagai pihak adalah dengan melakukan penilaian jabatan dahulu. Penilaian jabatan itu sendiri yaitu salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai suatu jabatan di dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan berdasarkan derajat kepentingannya. Hasil dari penilaian jabatan kemudian dapat dikonversi ke dalam bentuk gaji atau upah. Saat ini terjadi fenomena turnover pada PT.X yang disebabkan beberapa faktor terutama disebabkan oleh faktor gaji. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan cara atau metode untuk menentukan gaji. Salah satunya yaitu dengan melakukan penilaian jabatan dengan dengan metode sistem poin Cullen Egan Dell. Nilai relatif jabatan (NRJ) adalah nilai yang dihasilkan dari penilaian jabatan dengan metode sistem poin salah satunya metode Cullen Egan Dell (CED). Nilai tersebut dihasilkan dari penjumlahan nilai faktor kemampuan, pertimbangan dan pertanggungjawaban dari setiap jabatan. Dengan nilai relatif jabatan, besaran gaji dapat diketahui dengan cara melakukan konversi nilai relatif jabatan tersebut ke dalam bentuk nominal uang. Berdasarkan perbandingan antara total take home pay existing dan total take home pay usulan, terjadi kenaikan sebesar Rp3.835.127 dari Rp297.309.053 menjadi Rp301.144.184.

Abstract

Abstract. MSME Cita Rasa is one of the companies engaged in the food industry, many snack food companies currently cause a very high level of competition in the industry. MSMEs Taste experienced several problems, including the level of sales caused by external and internal factors, such as marketing that was not yet widespread, lack of innovation in product development and lack of use of technology. The purpose of this research is to obtain the right alternative marketing strategy, with the company's marketing strategy being more focused in achieving company goals and being able to increase sales. Determining the marketing strategy is carried out using SWOT analysis and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix method by evaluating alternative options, determining attractiveness and deciding the best strategy choice. So that a strategy is obtained based on the IE matrix and developed more deeply using the SWOT matrix and using the latest QSPM method so that an alternative method can be obtained that can be implemented by the company. So getting an alternative strategy based on the QSPM method based on research results provides fifteen alternative strategies with the five highest strategic priorities, namely, participating in culinary festivals and workshops, creating more varied products, expanding marketing areas, maximizing promotional and sales activities through social media, and has a halal label. Abstrak. UMKM Cita Rasa merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan, banyaknya perusahaan makanan ringan saat ini menyebabkan tingkat persaingan yang sangat tinggi dalam industri tersebut. UMKM Cita Rasa mengalami beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi diantaranya yaitu tingkat penjualan menurun yang disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal dan faktor internal, seperti pemasaran yang belum meluas, tidak adanya inovasi dalam melakukan pengembangan produk dan kurang memanfaatkan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang tepat, dengan adanya strategi pemasaran perusahaan menjadi lebih terarah dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan mampu meningkatkan penjualan. Adapun penentuan strategi pemasaran dilakukan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan metode Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix dengan melakukan evaluasi pilihan alternatif, menetapkan daya tarik dan memutuskan pilihan strategi terbaik. Sehingga didapatkan strategi berdasarkan matriks IE lalu dirumuskan lebih mendalam menggunakan matriks SWOT dan tahapan terakhir menggunakan metode QSPM sehingga didapatkan alternatif strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa posisi perusahaan berdasarkan matriks SWOT berada pada kuadran IV yaitu defensive dimana posisi tersebut sangat tidak menguntungkan bagi perusahaan. Sehingga didapatkan alternatif strategi berdasarkan metode QSPM berdasarkan hasil penelitian memberikan lima belas alternatif strategi dengan lima prioritas strategi tertinggi yaitu, ikut serta dalam festival dan workshop kuliner nusantaran, menciptakan produk yang lebih variatif, memperluas daerah pemasaran, memaksimalkan kegiatan promosi dan penjualan melalui media sosial, dan memiliki label halal.

Abstract

Abstract. Measurement of employee performance at PT Matoa Indonesia which is engaged in manufacturing has only been done traditionally, which is only looking at aspects, namely only from the aspect of employee competence, it has not been carried out comprehensively, this has become a problem for the company. As a result, the condition of the company decreased in optimizing performance, such as the level of delay in employee delays in work, the rate of turnover increased, and the level of product complaints from consumers. The Human Resource Scorecard is a HR performance measurement system that links people, strategies and company performance to form a competitive and superior company. The stages of this research are the first to identify KPIs based on the company's business strategy, the second is to design an objective strategy to define the value creation process or the organization's strategy to determine the steps for implementing the strategy. The third is weighting the KP using paired pairs, the weighting stage is carried out with the choice of software experts 11. Fourth, the scoring system is carried out with the method of higher is better, lower is better. The five results of the scoring system carried out are categorized as Traffic Light System. The results of the study were 19 KPIs divided into 5 financial KPIs, 4 customer KPIs, 6 Internal bussiners process KPIs, and 4 Learning & Growth KPIs. The results of the company's overall performance in calculating the weight score for each perspective is 66.11%, which means that the overall score indicates that the score needs to be improved. The measurement results of 19 KPIs are 4 KPIs in the red category, 8 KPIs in the yellow category and 7 KPIs in the green category. Factors that cause problems are the number of complaints received, the level of employee turnover, evaluation of employee performance, and the amount of employee skills training. Abstrak. Pengukuran kinerja karyawan di PT Matoa Indonesia yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur baru dilakukan secara tradisional, yaitu hanya melihat aspek yaitu hanya dilihat dari aspek kompetensi karyawan saja belum dilakukan secara komperhensif, hal tersebut menjadi sebuah permasalahan bagi perusahaan. Akibatnya kondisi perusahaan mengalami penurunan optimalisasi kinerja, seperti tingginya tingkat keterlambatan karyawan dalam bekerja, tingkat turn over mengalami peningkatan, dan tingkat komplain produk dari konsumen. Human Resource Scorecard merupakan sistem pengukuran kinerja SDM yang mengkaitkan orang, strategi serta kinerja perusahaan guna membentuk perusahaan yang berdaya saing dan unggul. Tahapan penelitian ini yaitu pertama mengidentifikasi KPI berdasarkan strategis bisnis perusahaan, kedua yaitu merancang strategi objektif untuk mendefinisikan proses penciptaan nilai atau kejelasan strategi organisasi menetapkan langkah langkah untuk pelaksanaan strategi. Ketiga yaitu melakukan pembobotan KP menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan, tahapan pembobotan dilakukan dengan menggunakan software expert choice 11. Keempat dilakukan scoring system dengan metode higher is better, lower is better. Kelima hasil scoring system yang diperoleh dilakukan pengkatagorian Traffic Light System. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 19 KPI terbagi kedalam 5 KPI financial, 4 KPI customer, 6 KPI Internal bussiners process, dan 4 KPI Learning & Growth. Hasil kinerja karyawan perusahaan secara keseluruhan pada perhitungan skor bobot pada setiap presektif yaitu 66,11% yang berarti secara keseluruhan menandakan skor tersebut perlu ditingkatkan. Hasil pengukuran 19 KPI sebanyak 4 KPI masuk kedalam katagori warna merah, 8 KPI masuk katagori warna kuning dan 7 KPI dengan katagori warna hijau. Faktor yang menyebabkan permasalahan yaitu jumlah komplain yang diterima,tingkat turn over karyawan, evaluasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta jumlah pelatihan skill karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract. Currently there are many companies engaged in the culinary field. One of them is X Restaurant in Bandung, West Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service at X Restaurant based on the ServQual Method (Quality of Service) and the Kano Method. The Service Quality method is measured based on the GAP or the gap between perceptions and expectations. While the Kano method is used to categorize attributes in order to find out what attributes must be improved, maintained, and considered and considered capable of meeting customer satisfaction. The results of research conducted using the Service Quality Method on five dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for GAP 5, it was found that there were still gaps, and the largest GAP value was in the responsiveness dimension, namely -1,067. Meanwhile, the highest service quality value is found in the assurance dimension, which is 0.790. Based on the results of the integration of Service Quality and Kano Method, it is known that among the 20 variables studied, 5 are recommended to be improved, 8 are recommended to be maintained and 7 are recommended to be considered. Abstrak. Saat ini sudah banyak perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kuliner. Salah satunya adalah Restoran X di Bandung, Jawa Barat. Tujuan utama pada Restoran X adalah memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik agar pelanggan mendapatkan pengalaman yang baik dan berharap untuk kembali lagi. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan di Restoran X berdasarkan Metode ServQual (Service Quality) dan Metode Kano. Dalam hal kepuasan pelanggan, pendekatan dengan menggunakan Metode Service Quality dapat diterapkan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Metode Service Quality diukur berdasarkan GAP atau kesenjangan antara persepsi dan harapan. Sedangkan pada Metode Kano digunakan untuk mengkategorikan atribut agar dapat mengetahui atribut apa yang harus ditingkatkan, dipertahankan, dan diperhatikan serta dianggap mampu memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Service Quality terhadap lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty untuk GAP 5 ditemukan masih terdapat kesenjangan, dan nilai GAP terbesar terdapat pada dimensi responsiveness yaitu sebesar -1,067. Sedangkan pada nilai kualitas pelayanan tertinggi ditemukan pada dimensi assurance yaitu sebesar 0,790. Berdasarkan hasil integrasi Metode Service Quality dan Kano diketahui bahwa diantara 20 variabel yang diteliti, 5 direkomendasikan untuk ditingkatkan, 8 direkomendasikan untuk dipertahankan dan 7 direkomendasikan untuk diperhatikan.
