Abstract

Dalam budidaya ikan, mencapai pertumbuhan ikan yang optimal memerlukan komposisi pakan yang seimbang antara protein, vitamin, dan nutrisi penting lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan formulasi pakan ikan yang diperkaya dengan probiotik untuk berbagai jenis ikan. Bahan-bahan umum seperti tepung ikan, tepung polar, tepung kedelai, tepung gandum, minyak ikan, campuran vitamin, dan probiotik digunakan dalam formulasi pakan ikan. Namun, proses yang ada belum tersandardisasi, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakpastian dalam menentukan proporsi bahan yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan untuk merumuskan pakan ikan adalah metode Pearsons Square.  Inovasi ini memperkenalkan komposisi yang terdefinisi dengan baik untuk pakan ikan yang diperkaya dengan probiotik yang dirancang khusus untuk ikan larva, ikan herbivora, dan ikan karnivora. Pakan ikan larva terdiri dari 25-30% tepung ikan, 25-30% tepung kedelai, 40-50% tepung gandum, 1-2% minyak ikan, 0-1% campuran vitamin, dan 0-1% probiotik. Pakan ikan herbivora mencakup 20-25% tepung ikan, 25-30% tepung polar, 20-25% tepung kedelai, 25-30% tepung gandum, 1-2% minyak ikan, 0-1% campuran vitamin, dan 0-1% probiotik. Pakan ikan karnivora melibatkan 20-25% tepung ikan, 25-30% tepung polar, 20-25% tepung kedelai, 20-30% tepung gandum, 1-2% minyak ikan, 0-1% campuran vitamin, dan 0-1% probiotik. Penggunaan pakan ikan berprobiotik dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pakan bagi para peternak ikan.   In fish farming, achieving optimal fish growth necessitates a well-balanced composition of protein, vitamins, and other essential nutrients in the feed. This study aims to establish probiotic-enriched fish feed formulations for various fish types. Common ingredients such as fish meal, polar flour, soybean flour, wheat flour, fish oil, vitamin mix, and probiotics are utilized in fish feed formulation. Nonetheless, the existing process lacks standardization, leading to uncertainties in determining precise ingredient proportions. This innovation introduces well-defined compositions for probiotic-infused fish feeds designed for larval, herbivorous, and carnivorous fish. The larval fish feed comprises 25-30% fish meal, 25-30% soybean flour, 40-50% wheat flour, 1-2% fish oil, 0-1% vitamin mix, and 0-1% probiotics. The herbivorous fish feed includes 20-25% fish meal, 25-30% polar flour, 20-25% soybean flour, 25-30% wheat flour, 1-2% fish oil, 0-1% vitamin mix, and 0-1% probiotics. The carnivorous fish feed entails 20-25% fish meal, 25-30% polar flour, 20-25% soybean flour, 20-30% wheat flour, 1-2% fish oil, 0-1% vitamin mix, and 0-1% probiotics.
