<![CDATA[Abstract In 2023, Bapelkes Batam carred out (Tenaga Kesehatan Haji) TKH Training for the Batam Embarkation Kloter. This research aims to analyze practical competency and soft skills and describe the competency profile of TKH after training. The competencies include hard skills and soft skills competencies. In addition, this research analyzes the differences in competency mastered between doctor-group participants and nurse-group participants. The research is a quantitative descriptive study involving 20 participants. Data was analysed using One-way ANOVA descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The research results show that (1) participants' achievement exceeds the minimum score (80) both in hard and soft skills; (2) there were differences in hard skills achievement based on professional groups of doctors and nurses, but no significant differences were found in soft skills. Abstrak Pada tahun 2023, Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan (Bapelkes) Batam melaksanakan Pelatihan Tenaga Kesehatan Haji (TKH) Kloter Embarkasi Batam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hasil ujian praktik kompetensi dan mendeskripsikan profil kompetensi peserta Pelatihan TKH Kloter Embarkasi Batam tahun 2023. Kompetensi yang dimaksud mencakup kompetensi keterampilan, kompetensi soft skill. Selain itu akan dianalisis perbedaan kompetensi pada kelompok peserta dengan profesi dokter dan perawat. Metode penelitian dirancang dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif terhadap 20 orang peserta dengan teknik analisis statistik Deskriptif dan One-way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) peserta memiliki kompetensi keterampilan dan soft skill dengan kriteria baik dan di atas nilai minimal yang ditetapkan yaitu 80; (2) terdapat perbedaan pencapaian kompetensi berdasarkan kelompok profesi dokter dan perawat pada kompetensi keterampilan, tapi tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan pada kompetensi soft skill.]]>
