This study aimed to determine whether there was an influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of sales marketing in PT Inti Bharu Mas Lampung. The method used in this research was descriptive method approach verification ex post facto and surveys. These results indicated that there are significant influence of: 1.Organizational culture against the performance of sales marketing, 2.Work motivation against the performance of sales marketing, 3.Organizational culture and motivation to work on the performance of sales marketing.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruhbudaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja sales marketing PT Inti Bharu Mas Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh: 1. Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja sales marketing, 2. Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja sales marketing, 3. Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja sales marketing.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja.
