Kemampuan motorik halus pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di Kober Kasih Ibu masih rendah, dengan solusi guru memberikan pembelajaran melalui media busy book tiga dimensi membuat pembelajaran menjadi menarik dan memiliki pengalaman belajar baru serta dapat meningkatkan aspek fisik motorik anak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus melalui busy book tiga dimensi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah anak usia 4-5 tahun sebanyak 10 anak. Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dijadikan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian dalam delapan kali pertemuan melalui media busy book tiga dimensi terbukti efektif dan hasilnya lima anak sudah menunjukkan berkembang sangat baik (BSB), tiga anak sudah berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) serta hanya dua anak saja yang masih membutuhkan arahan dari guru dalam kegiatan tersebut dengan kategori penilaian mulai berkembang (MB) dengan anak mampu membuat garis lurus dan miring, anak dapat mengenal macam-macam bentuk, anak mampu mengkoordianasikan antara mata dengan tangan menciptakan gerakan komplek, anak mampu berekspresi dan berkarya menggunakan media busy book tiga dimensi. Selain itu dapat menimbulkan ketertarikan anak untuk berpikir. Fine motor skills in children aged 4-5 years at Kober Kasih Ibu are still low, with the solution of the teacher providing learning through three-dimensional busy book media to make learning interesting, have new learning experiences, and improve children's physical motoric aspects. The purpose of the study was to determine the improvement of fine motor skills through a three-dimensional busy book. This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Subjects in the study were children aged 4-5 years, as many as 10 children. Interviews, observations, and documentation were used as data collection tools. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, data display, conclusion, or verification. The results of the study in eight meetings through three-dimensional busy book media proved to be effective, and the results showed that five children had shown very good development (BSB), three children had developed as expected (BSH), and only two children still needed guidance from the teacher in these activities. with the assessment category starting to develop (MB), with children being able to make straight and slanted lines, children being able to recognize various shapes, children being able to coordinate between eyes and hands, creating complex movements, and children being able to express and create using three-dimensional busy book media. In addition, it can stimulate children's interest in thinking.
