November 2015.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran aplikasi pengolah angka (spreadsheet) siswa kelas X Akuntansi 2 SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi 2 SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi 2 SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono yaitu sebanyak 36 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik angket/kuesioner dan teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran aplikasi pengolah angka (spreadsheet) siswa kelas X Akuntansi 2 SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2014/2015, yang dibuktikan dengan thitung sebesar 3,602 >  ttabel 1,691 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 yang berarti < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi dapat dilihat dari nilai R Square sebesar 0,276  atau 27,6%. Angka tersebut berarti bahwa pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 27,6% dan sisa 72,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran aplikasi pengolah angka (spreadsheet) siswa kelas X akuntansi 2 SMK N 1 Banyudono Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci: Persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru, Hasil belajar siswa ABSTRACTMuhammad Riyal Ali Syaifudin. Skripsi: The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University, November 2015.The objective of this research is investigate whether or not there is an effect of the students perception about the teachers’ competency on the learning result in Spreadsheet Application subject matter of the student in Grade X of Accounting 2 of State Vocational High School 1 of Banyudono, Boyolali in Academic Year 2014/2015.This research used the descriptive quantitative research. Its population was all of the students in Grade X of Accounting 2 of State Vocational High School 1 of Banyudono. The samples of research were taken by using the total (saturated) sampling technique. They consisted of 36 students. The data of research were collected through questionnaire and documentation and were analyzed by using the simple linier regression analysis.The result of research shows that there is an effect of the students perception about the teachers’ competency on the learning result in Spreadsheet Application subject matter of the student in Grade X of Accounting 2 of State Vocational High School 1 of Banyudono, Boyolali in Academic Year 2014/2015 as indicated by the value of tcount = 3.602 which is greater than that of ttable = 1.691 at the significance level of 0.001, which is less than 0.05. The determination coefficient can be seen from the value of r square = 0.276 (27.6%), meaning that the effect of the students’ perception about the teachers’ competency on their learning result is 27.6%, and the rest 72.4% is affected by other factors.The conclusion of this research is an effect of the students perception about the teachers’ competency on the learning result in Spreadsheet Application subject matter of the student in Grade X of Accounting 2 of State Vocational High School 1 of Banyudono, Boyolali in Academic Year 2014/2015                                                                                                            Key Word: Students’ perception about the teachers’ competency, learning result
