<![CDATA[Osteoartritis adalah suatu penyakit degeneratif yang diakibatkan oleh kerusakan sendi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil evaluasi meliputi tepat pemilihan obat, tepat indikasi, tepat dosis obat, tepat cara dan lama pemberian OAINS pada pasien Osteoatritis di RSUD Dr. Adjidarmo Tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Deskriptif Observasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 63 pasien sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 52 (82,5%) pasien, berusia antara 56-65 tahun (lanjut usia) sebanyak 47 (74,6%) pasien dan memiliki riwayat Low Back Pain sebanyak 31 (49,2%), sebagian besar pasien diresepkan Diklofenak sebagai terapi Osteoarthritis sebanyak 43 (68,3%). Evaluasi penggunaan obat kriteria tepat indikasi menunjukkan hasil seluruhnya (100%) sudah tepat, kriteria tepat dosis sebanyak 62 (98,4%) sudah tepat dan 1 (1,6%) tidak tepat, kriteria tepat cara dan lama pemberian seluruhnya (100%) sudah tepat dan kriteria pemilihan obat seluruhnya (100%) sudah tepat. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease caused by joint damage. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of the evaluation, including the right drug selection, the right indication, the right drug dosage, the right method, and the duration of NSAID administration in Osteoarthritis patients at RSUD Dr. Adjidarmo in 2022. This research method uses a descriptive-observational design. The results showed that of the 63 patients, the majority were female, 52 (82.5%) patients were aged between 56 and 65 years (elderly), 47 (74.6%) patients had a history of Low Back Pain, 31 (49.2%), and most of the patients were prescribed Diclofenac as Osteoarthritis therapy, as many as 43 (68.3%). Evaluation of the use of drugs with the right indication criteria showed that all results (100%) were correct, the criteria for the right dose were 62 (98.4%) were correct and 1 (1.6%) were not correct, the criteria for the exact method and duration of administration were entirely (100%) correct, and the criteria for drug selection were entirely (100%) correct.]]>
