ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Tekanan darah tinggi tidak terkontrol maka timbul komplikasi: infark miokard, jantung koroner, gagal jantung kongestif, stroke, ensevalopati hipertensif, gagal ginjal kronis, retinopati hipertensif. Bawang putih salah satu terapi non-farmakologis mengandung zat alisin, hidrogen sulfida berkhasiat menurunkan tekanan darah. Tujuan: Mengetahui cara pengolahan tepat dan mudah dari bawang putih, mengetahui lama pemberian bawang putih untuk penderita Hipertensi. Metode: Jenis penelitian Literature Review menggunakan teknik analisa data, artikel diperoleh dari database PubMed, Science Direct, Google scholar. Hasil: Berdasarkan 7 artikel direview, ada pengaruh signifikan Pemberian Bawang Putih Terhadap Perubahan Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi. 2 artikel menyatakan pengolahan direbusan dan diseduh, 1 artikel menyatakan pengolahan bawang putih fermentasi dan bawang putih segar, 1 artikel menyatakan pengolahan black garlic, 3 artikel menyatakan pengolahan ekstrak garlic. 1 artikel menyatakan diberikan 2 kali sehari selama 7 hari berturut-turut. 1 artikel menyatakan diberikan 1 siuang selama 1 bulan, 3 artikel menyatakan pemberian 1 kali sehari, 1 artikel menyatakan diberikan 2 siuang perhari selama 2 minggu. Kesimpulan: Hasil literature review 7 artikel yang dianalisis ada pengaruh yang signifikan dalam Pemberian “ Bawang Putih ( Allium Sativum L ) ” Terhadap Perubahan Tekanan Darah, tidak ada terdapat perbedaan yang berarti cara pengolahan dan lama pemberian. Garlic, one of the non-pharmacological therapies, contains the substance allicin, hydrogen sulfide, which has the effect of lowering blood pressure. Method: This type of Literature Review research uses data analysis techniques, articles are obtained from the PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar databases. Results: Based on the 7 articles reviewed, there is a significant effect of giving garlic on changes in blood pressure in hypertension sufferers. 2 articles state processing boiled and brewed, 1 article states processing fermented garlic and fresh garlic, 1 article states processing black garlic, 3 articles state processing garlic extract. 1 article states that it is given 2 times a day for 7 consecutive days. 1 article stated that they were given 1 cup for 1 month, 3 articles stated that they were given 1 cup per day, 1 article stated that they were given 2 cups per day for 2 weeks. Conclusion: The results of the literature review of 7 articles analyzed showed a significant effect in administering "Garlic (Allium Sativum L)" on changes in blood pressure, there was no significant difference in the processing method and duration of administration.
