This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Mustika Ratu. The population in this study were 187 employees at PT Mustika Ratu. The sample used is the entire population as many as 65 employees of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk using the Slovin formula. This study uses a quantitative approach with the design used is a causal research design using the SPSS VERSION 21 application. The data collection method uses a survey method. This study proves that the work environment has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
