<![CDATA[The Effect of Work Environment, Work Stress, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at SDIT AT - Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the variables of Work Environment (X1), Work Stress (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on the variable Employee Performance (Y) SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. The research data is data taken using a questionnaire distributed to employees of SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. The population in this study were 69 employees. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample where the population is the same as the number of samples used, namely 69 employees. The analysis technique in this study uses SEM- PLS using SmartPLS Version 4.1 software to process data in this study. The findings of the research conducted show that: 1) The work environment does not have a significant influence on employee performance at SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. 2) Work Stress has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu.]]>
