ABSTRACTThis research is to know the influence of learning media, using Power Point and Conventional, Creative thinking high and low and interaction between the use of learning media and creative thinking to the ability of mathematical reasoning. Method of research used menggunaka experimental method by applying the learning media that is learning media powerpoint, conventional learning media and creative thinking high and low to find out the effect on the ability of mathematical reasoning then conducted a test of mathematical reasoning ability. The subject of research is divided into two groups namely the experimental group and control group as the entire student population SMP Muhammadiyah Cisalak in KecukSukmajaya Depok and a sample of students of class VII A as experimental class and class VII B as kelaskontrol.Penelitian conducted from April to June 2015From the results obtained by the data and then d SPSS analysis with the help of SPSS for the influence of the use of learning media on the ability of mathematical reasoning obtained valueFcount = 22,883> F table = 4.20artinya there are significant influence, for the influence of students' creative thinking to the ability of mathematical reasoning obtained valueFhount = 49,363> F table = 4.20 means there is influence significant, and for pengarang hinteraksi between the use of media learning and creative thinking to the ability of mathematical reasoning obtained valueFhount = 2.704

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kerjasama Tim terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dalam pembentukan cara pengambilan sampel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bagian produksi. Sampel responden dalam penelitian adalah 67 karyawan penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 25 sebagai alat analisis.

The beauty product market in Indonesia has seen significant growth, with marketplaces like Shopee playing a crucial role in sales strategies. This study examines the marketing strategies employed by Daviena Skincare on Shopee to boost sales in, by analyzing various promotional techniques, customer engagement practices, and competitive positioning, this research aims to provide insights into effective online marketing strategies for beauty products. The findings indicate that a combination of targeted promotions, influencer collaborations, and customer feedback integration significantly contributes to increased sales.

Effective financial management is an important factor in the success and sustainability of the company. One of the key aspects of financial management is managing company liquidity. This abstract aims to describe the importance of managing liquidity and its impact on the company's financial performance. The results of the analysis show that good liquidity management contributes positively to the company's financial performance. Companies that have a high liquidity ratio tend to have a better level of profitability and are able to generate stable growth. In addition, good liquidity management also provides benefits in facing external challenges, such as financial crises or market fluctuations. The company's financial managers need to find the right balance between sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and profitable investments. In addition, this research can also contribute knowledge regarding best practices in financial management to academics and researchers in this field.

The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Analysis of the relationship between the Ciptaker Law and employee welfare needs to pay attention to the concept of Competency-Based Employment, which allows companies to appoint and terminate employment based on employee capabilities and performance. However, this threatens the rights of employees, especially regarding termination and wages. The Ciptaker Law also expands the types of work for foreign workers in Indonesia. Even though it can increase investment and create jobs, the Ciptaker Law has the potential to reduce employee wages and make it easier for companies to terminate employment. The implementation of the Ciptaker Law needs to be closely monitored and evaluate especially in terms of protecting employee rights so that this Law can improve welfare and decent employment opportunities. Research on the influence of business and entrepreneurial characteristics on the general performance of the fisheries processing industry is more specifically reviewed and also researched from an area in Sulawesi, more precisely South Sulawesi Indonesia's large capture fisheries potential can be used as an opportunity to build a fish processing industry, especially in South Sulawesi Province which has a spatial structure policy that supports the fisheries subsector as a superior subsector. Based on the SWOT analysis, strategies that can be applied to encourage the development of the fish processing industry in South Sulawesi Province include strengthening integrated fish processing groups, utilizing and maintaining available catch handling facilities, developing market reach, facilitating administrative access to the establishment of fish processing industries, and increasing the competitiveness of production volumes of fishermen's catches in South Sulawesi Province.South Sulawesi has a specificity in superior products and the quality of human resources, so the policies implemented in the national are not necessarily suitable for South Sulawesi. An appropriate and comprehensive strategy for the development of MSME iin the fisheries processing industry in order to improve their performance in South Sulawesi Province needs to be determined using a way that is in accordance with realistic circumstances and can be applied in reality.

The Effect of Work Environment, Work Stress, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at SDIT AT - Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the variables of Work Environment (X1), Work Stress (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on the variable Employee Performance (Y) SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. The research data is data taken using a questionnaire distributed to employees of SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. The population in this study were 69 employees. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample where the population is the same as the number of samples used, namely 69 employees. The analysis technique in this study uses SEM- PLS using SmartPLS Version 4.1 software to process data in this study. The findings of the research conducted show that: 1) The work environment does not have a significant influence on employee performance at SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. 2) Work Stress has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelelitian ini yaitu karyawan pada BPK Penabur Kelapa Gading Hibrida. Penggunaan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan perhitungan rumus slovin yaitu didapatkan 80 orang karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji r-square dan uji hipotesis. Data analisis menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPK Penabur Kelapa Gading Hibrida (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPK Penabur Kelapa Gading Hibrida.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Forindo Sejahtera. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 70 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode hasil kuesioner responden. Data yang sudah diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama tim secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dilakukannya pengolahan data Uji T dan Uji Parsial diketahui bahwa kerjasama tim memiliki nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel yaitu 1,049 > 2,002. Kemudian terdapat dampak lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dimana secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dilakukannya pengolahan data Uji T atau Uji Parsial diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 5,431 > 2,002 dengan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Uji F atau Uji Simultan diketahui bahwa kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai F lebih besar dibandingkan dengan F tabel yaitu 23,718 > 3,16 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Forindo Sejahtera.
