<![CDATA[This research aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture, emotional intelligence and motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is mediated by employee performance. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. data collection techniques using a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents who were employees of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on research results, organizational culture does not have a significant influence on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta employees, emotional intelligence and motivation have a significant influence on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta employees, organizational culture and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, motivation does not have significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, employee performance has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior not through mediated employee performance, emotional intelligence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through mediated employee performance.]]>
