Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen pelayanan pada Taman Baca Masyarakat Sapo Literasi Kabupaten Karo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui untuk bagaimana manajemen pelayanan pada Taman Baca Masyarakat Sapo Literasi Kabupaten Karo, serta kendala yang dihadapi Taman Baca Masyarakat Kabupaten Karo dalam melaksanakan program. Latar belakang penulisan laporan ini, dikarenakan budaya membaca masyarakat belum dijadikan prioritas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi sedangkan teknis analisis data dilakukan 3 cara yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Pelayanan Pada Taman Baca Masyarakat Sapo Literasi Kabupaten Karo yaiu: (1) manajemen pelayanan TBM Sapo Literasi benar-benar dilaksanakan sesuai perencanaan awal didirikannya dilihat dari visi, misi dan tujuan, kemudia di evaluasi setelah dilakukan kegiatan layanan dan evaluasi akhir tahun. (2) manajemen pelayanan TBM Sapo Literasi dalam meningkatkan literasi yaitu melalui 2 layanan, yakni layanan langsung (inti) dan layanan tidak langsung (pendukung). Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pelayanan, Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Abstract This study discusses service management at the Sapo Literacy Community Reading Park in Karo Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how service management is at the Sapo Literacy Community Reading Park in Karo Regency, as well as the obstacles faced by the Karo Regency Community Reading Park in implementing the program. The background for writing this report is because the reading culture of the community has not been made a priority. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method used observation, interviews, documentation, while the technical data analysis was carried out in 3 ways, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Service Management at the Sapo Literasi Community Reading Park in Karo Regency, namely: (1) the management of the Sapo Literasi TBM service was actually carried out according to the initial planning of its establishment in terms of vision, mission and goals, then evaluated after service activities and final evaluations were carried out. year. (2) Sapo Literacy TBM service management in improving literacy, namely through 2 services, namely direct (core) services and indirect (supporting) services.
