<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemerintah desa dalam Pembangunan hard infrastruktur di Desa Kenduruan Kecamatan Sukorejo, serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam Pembangunan hard infrastruktur di Desa Kenduruan Kecamatan Sukorejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di Desa Kenduruan, Sukorejo, Pasuruan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa dalam Pembangunan hard infrastruktur sudah berperan pada peran regulator, dinamisator, fasilitator, namun masih belum berperan di peran katalisator. Partisipasi masyarakat dan sarana pra-sarana dalam proses pembanguan menjadi faktor pendukung, serta yang menjadi faktor penghambat yaitu kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu serta kurangnya koordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait. Kesimpulannya, pemerintah Desa Kenduruan mampu menjalankan perannya dalam Pembangunan hard infrastruktur, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang perlu diatasi untuk mencapai pembangungan yang lebih optimal. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangasih wawasan tentang kajian peran pemerintah desa dalam pembangunan infrastruktur. Kata Kunci: Hard Infrastruktur, Pemerintah Desa, Peran This study aims to find out the role of the village government in the development of hard infrastructure in Kenduruan Village, Sukorejo District, as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of hard infrastructure in Kenduruan Village, Sukorejo District. The research method used is qualitative descriptive by taking the research location in Kenduruan Village, Sukorejo, Pasuruan. The results of the study show that the village government in the development of hard infrastructure has played a role in the role of regulators, dynamists, facilitators, but still has not played a role in the role of catalyst. Community participation and pre-facilities in the development process are supporting factors, as well as factors. The obstacles are erratic weather conditions and lack of coordination with related parties. In conclusion, the Kenduruan Village government is able to carry out its role in hard infrastructure development, although there are still several obstacles that need to be overcome to achieve more optimal development.
