<![CDATA[Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) yang merupakan badan usaha di tingkat desa yang menjalankan usaha dan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan usaha, pemanfaatan aset, pengembangan investasi serta melaksanakan kegiatan produktif lainnya yang berhubungan dengan desa dan memberikan layanan untuk masyarakat desa. Spirit yang dimiliki oleh BUMDes sejalan dengan filosofi social enterprise yaitu aktivitas usaha yang tidak hanya ditujukan untuk memperoleh profit, melainkan juga dalam rangka menangani permasalahan sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Metode Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) yaitu digunakan dalam proses penilaian kondisi desa secara intensif dan cepat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah bahwa BUMDes Sumber Sejahtera memiliki beberapa unit usaha, yaitu: (1). Unit Simpan Pinjam Syari’ah, (2). Unit Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Binaan (3). Unit Perdagangan Umum dan Agribisnis (4). Unit Desa Wisata (5). Unit Marketing Online. Berbagai unit usaha tersebut sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi social enterprise, mengingat sejauh ini hasil dari aktivitas usaha yang dilakukan oleh BUMDes bertujuan tidak melulu untuk mencari keuntungan, melainkan sudah disisihkan untuk tujuan menangani permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Village Owned Enterprises which are business entities at the village level that run businesses and are responsible for business management, asset utilization, investment development as well as carrying out other productive activities related to the village and providing services for the village communities. The spirit possessed by Village Owned Enterprises is in line with the philosophy of social enterprise, namely business activities that are not only at obtaining profit, but also at dealing with social problems that occur in the community. The method used in this Community Service activity is the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) method, which is used in the process of assessing village conditions intensively and quickly. The results obtained from this Community Service activity are that Village Owned Enterprises Sumber Sejahtera has several business units, namely: (1). Sharia Savings and Loans Unit, (2). Supported Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) (3). General Trade and Agribusiness Unit (4). Tourism Village Unit (5). Online Marketing Unit. These various business units have the potential to be developed into a social enterprise, considering that so far the results of business activities carried out by Village Owned Enterprises are not only at making profits but have been set aside for the purpose of dealing with problems faced by the community.]]>
