Infrastructure development is a massive thing that is being carried out in the former Surakarta Residency area, so it is necessary to observe the aspects that influence it. The data used in this study is panel data for 7 regencies and cities in the former Surakarta Residency area during 2012 – 2021. The method used in this study is panel data regression analysis with the selected model, the Fixed Effect Model. The results of the study show that partially the Construction Expensive Index variable and the average per capita expenditure have a significant positive effect on Construction GRDP in districts and cities in the former Surakarta Residency. However, the Poverty Severity Index variable has a significant negative effect on the GRDP of construction in the former Surakarta residency area. When observed simultaneously, these three variables have a significant positive effect on the GRDP of Construction. Even so, it is necessary to review many variables regarding other aspects that have the potential to influence the development of GRDP in Construction.
