Peran Pimpinan, Komunikasi Terapeutik dan Beban Kerja sebagai Determinan Stress Kerja Bidan dalam Menghadapi Pasien dengan Komplikasi Persalinan

Bleeding is still a major problem of labor complications. Labor complications can cause blood loss of 500 ml or more from the genital tract after delivery. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, therapeutic communication and the role of leadership on midwives' work stress in dealing with patients with labor complications at the Tora Belo Regional General Hospital, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. The design of this study was cross-sectional, involving 106 midwives selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected by filling out a questionnaire, then data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the analysis showed a p value of 0.000 for the role of leadership, 0.002 for therapeutic communication and 0.001 for workload. It can be interpreted that these three factors affect midwives' work stress. Based on the results of the analysis, it could be concluded that the role of leadership, therapeutic communication and workload were determinants of midwives' work stress in dealing with patients with labor complications.Keywords: midwife; work stress; role of leadership; therapeutic communication; workload ABSTRAK Perdarahan masih merupakan masalah utama komplikasi persalinan. Komplikasi persalinan dapat menyebabkan kehilangan darah sebanyak 500 ml atau lebih dari traktur genitalia setelah melahirkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, komunikasi terapeutik dan peran pimpinan terhadap stres kerja bidan menghadapi pasien komplikasi persalinan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tora Belo, Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional, yang melibatkan 106 bidan yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai p adalah 0,000 untuk peran pimpinan, 0,002 untuk komunikasi terapeutik dan 0,001 untuk beban kerja. Dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja bidan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran pimpinan, komunikasi terapeutik dan beban kerja merupakan determinan dari stress kerja bidan dalam menghadapi pasien dengan komplikasi persalinan.Kata kunci: bidan; stres kerja; peran pimpinan; komunikasi terapeutik; beban kerja
