<![CDATA[Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dari proses persalinan terpantau sejak tahun 2017 hingga 2020 masih mengkhawatirkan. Penyebab kenaikan AKI tersebut dikarenakan wanita mengalami kecemasan dan ketakutan yang cukup parah sehingga menyebabkan kontraksi rahim yang sedikit lama. Memperhatikan dari kasus tersebutm penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Ibu Primipara Terhadap Lamanya Waktu Persalinan Kala II Di Ruang Bersalin RSUD Abdul Rivai Kabupaten Berau Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Crosssectional dengan waktu penelitian selama 2 bulan dari bulan September sampai akhir Oktober. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 62 ibu primipara di ruang bersalin RSUD Abdul Rivai dari 39 responden yang mengalami cemas sedang, persalinan lama >2 jam berjumlah 10 responden dan yang mengalami persalinan normal < 2 jam berjumlah 29 responden . Dari 23 responeden ibu primipara yang mengalami cemas berat, persalinan lama > 2 jam berjumlah 20 responden dan yang mengalami persalinan normal < 2 jam berjumlah 3 responden Hasil uji statistik diperoleh hasil p value : 0,000 < α : 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwasanya terdapat hubungan tingkat kecemasan ibu primipara terhadap lamanya waktu persalinan kala II di ruang bersalin RSUD Abdul Rivai. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan konseling oleh tenaga kesehatan pada ibu menjelang persalinan dan pendampingan dari anggota keluarga lain agar ibu lebih tenang dalam menjalani proses persalinan The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) from monitored deliveries from 2017 to 2020 is still worrying. Noting this case, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between the Anxiety Level of Primipara Mothers and the Length of Time for the Second Stage of Labor in the Delivery Room of Abdul Rivai Hospital, Berau Regency, in 2022. This study used an observational analytic research design. This study used a cross-sectional approach for two months, from September to the end of October. Data analysis using the Chi-Square Test. The results showed 62 primiparous mothers in the delivery room at Abdul Rivai Hospital out of 39 respondents who experienced moderate anxiety, ten who experienced prolonged labour>2 hours and 29 who experienced expected delivery <2 hours. Of the 23 respondents from primiparous women who experienced severe anxiety, the struggle lasted > 2 hours, there were 20 respondents, and those who experienced standard work < 2 hours totalled three respondents. The results of the statistical test obtained the results of p-value: 0.000 <α: 0.05. This shows a relationship between the anxiety level of primipara mothers and the time for the second stage of labour in the delivery room at Abdul Rivai Hospital.
