<![CDATA[Making population documents such as cover letters, certificates, business permits and other documents is still often done conventionally in services to the community, that is, people have to come directly to the Village Head's office. The required documents are completed within 2 - 3 days from submitting the application, so it is inefficient for residents who live outside the city. Based on these problems, the researcher intends to help overcome the problems that exist at the Ganggeng Village Office to facilitate the administration of population documents such as cover letters, certificates, business permits and other letters to be more effective and efficient. The method used in this research is the waterfall method and base on Android. The results of this research are the implementation of e-Government in the Village Government in providing document and correspondence creation services, so that it becomes more efficient in serving the community.]]>
