Abstract

Making population documents such as cover letters, certificates, business permits and other documents is still often done conventionally in services to the community, that is, people have to come directly to the Village Head's office. The required documents are completed within 2 - 3 days from submitting the application, so it is inefficient for residents who live outside the city. Based on these problems, the researcher intends to help overcome the problems that exist at the Ganggeng Village Office to facilitate the administration of population documents such as cover letters, certificates, business permits and other letters to be more effective and efficient. The method used in this research is the waterfall method and base on  Android. The results of this research are the implementation of e-Government in the Village Government in providing document and correspondence creation services, so that it becomes more efficient in serving the community.

Abstract

The reservations of futsal courts at King Soka Arena are still carried out using conventional transactions, namely customers must come directly to King Soka Arena to see and ask for information on the schedule of courts still available for rent, then customers make transactions to order futsal courts at the available time and as desired. The research method used by the author is the Waterfall Method. In implementing this application, the author uses Android Operating System.  Considering the problems in the research object, this research is conducted to implement a Futsal Field reservation application, to make futsal court booking transactions at King Soka Arena effective and efficient, making it easier for customers to make Android-based futsal field reservations at the King Soka Arena. With the implementation of the futsal court ordering application at King Soka Arena. The customers only need to access it via an Android smartphone. The results of application testing using Black Box Testing show that the application functions well.
