<![CDATA[The declining birth rate has an adverse impact on the whole of life, psychologically, economically, socio-culturally and the deterioration of a country's stability. In response to this, couples should understand and recognize that phobia is one of the fundamental reasons for choosing a child-free concept. The research will help change the perspective for steps that can be taken to address the concept based on the perspective of the divine mandate of Genesis 1:28. Through this research, the author uses a qualitative approach as a way to answer the problem formulation. From the discussion, the author examines the results regarding the steps that couples should take whether they are planning or married, which are as follows: informs that the flooding strategy can be used to change the perspective of not deciding childfree and the obstacles experienced in carrying out the flooding strategy in addressing the concept of childfree phobia (the concept of children) based on the divine mandate. The Flooding strategy used invivo is to present a stimulus to the source of the couple's fear, while imagineri is to imagine the impact of anxiety. From the discussion, it is obtained that the importance of supporting information and education media regarding the truth values of the concept of children, the source of anxiety from childfree and the enactment of government policies on child protection. Semakin menurunnya angka kelahiran berdampak buruk pada seluruh kehidupan baik secara psikologis, ekonomi, sosial budaya dan kemerosotan stabilitas suatu negara. Menyikapi hal tersebut, pasangan sebaiknya perlu memahami dan mengetahui bahwa fobia menjadi salah satu alasan mendasar adanya pemilihan konsep bebas anak. Penelitian akan membantu mengubah cara pandang untuk langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan menyikapi konsep tersebut berdasarkan perspektif mandat Illahi Kej 1:28. Melalui penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai cara untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Dari pembahasan tersebut, penulis mengkaji hasil mengenai langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan pasangan baik yang berencana ataupun menikah, yakni sebagai berikut: menginformasikan bahwa strategi flooding dapat digunakan untuk mengubah cara pandang untuk tidak memutuskan childfree dan hambatan-hambatan yang dialami dalam melakukan strategi flooding dalam menyikapi konsep fobia childfree berdasarkan mandat Illahi. Strategi yang digunakan invivo adalah menghadirkan stimulus pada sumber ketakutan pasangan, sedangkan imajineri adalah membayangkan dampak dari adanya kecemasan. Dari pembahasan maka diperoleh pentingnya media informasi dan edukasi yang mendukung mengenai nilai-nilai kebenaran terhadap konsep anak, sumber rasa kecemasan dari childfree dan serta adanya pemberlakuan kebijakan pemerintah tentang perlindungan anak.]]>
