<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan biaya bahan dan biaya tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan rangka atap berbahan baja ringan dan rangka atap berbahan kayu. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Perbandingan biaya harga Satuan pekerjaan antara kuda kuda atap dari bahan baja ringan dengan kuda kuda atap dari bahan kayu pada pekerjaan Pembangunan Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu Fakultas Teknik Universitas Andi Djemma dengan ukuran panjang 36 meter dan lebar 9 meter digunakan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) Bidang Cipta Karya Dan Perumahan Tahun 2023. Adapun harga pekerjaan kuda-kuda baja ringan Rp. 209.993.169,-, pekerjaan pemasangan lisplank GRC Rp. 6.272.847,-, pemasangan konstruksi kuda-kuda konvensional kayu kelas II Rp. 54.880.980,-, pekerjaan Pemasangan konstruksi gordeng kayu kelas II Rp. 52.995.492,-, pasang lisplank kayu kelas II Rp. 12.241.926,-. Kelompok pekerjaan rangka atap berbahan baja ringan, biaya pengadaan bahan Rp. 104.171.487,-, biaya upah tenaga kerja Rp. 112.094.529,- dan jumlah biaya Rp. 120.118.398,-. Untuk kelompok pekerjaan rangka atap berbahan kayu, biaya pengadaan Bahan Rp. 99.579.771,-, biaya upah tenaga kerja Rp. 20.538.627,- dan jumlah biaya Rp. 216.266.016,-. Terdapat selisih harga pekerjaan antara dua jenis kuda kuda atap sebesar Rp. 96.147.618,-, dimana biaya pekerjaan kuda kuda atap berbahan baja ringan lebih mahal. The aim of this research is to determine the difference in material costs and labor costs for light steel roof truss work and wooden roof trusses. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. A comparison of unit work costs between roof trusses made of light steel and roof trusses made of wood for the construction of the Integrated Laboratory Building, Faculty of Engineering, Andi Djemma University with a length of 36 meters and a width of 9 meters is used for the Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) in the Creation Sector Works and Housing in 2023.
