<![CDATA[ABSTRACTSuperior regional products are very important for the progress of the regional economy and improving the welfare of local communities. The more unique or distinctive a product is, the more its attractiveness will increase in the eyes of consumers and the selling point and added value for the product. Therefore, it is important to preserve superior products that have unique or location-specific characteristics. An example is the Kelulut Desar Sumber Agung Honey product, Kuburaya district, which is increasingly popular because of its uniqueness and sweet taste which is loved by people throughout Indonesia.The problems that have been formulated are as follows:1. How does IPR protection affect innovation and investment in the production of local kelulut honey products in Sumber Agung Village, Kuburaya Regency?2. What is the role of the government and other stakeholders in increasing IPR protection for local kelulut honey products in Sumber Agung Village, Kuburaya Regency?The type of research used in this research is normative legal research. Normative legal research is legal research that examines the factual implementation or implementation of positive legal provisions (legislation) and contracts in every specific legal event that occurs in society in order to achieve predetermined goals. This review aims to ascertain whether the results of implementation of legal events are in accordance with the provisions of the law or not. In other words, whether the provisions of the law have been implemented properly or not so that the interested parties achieve their goals or not. This research is a type of normative-applied research, which examines intellectual property legal protection for startup owners.Based on the research results, it was found that kelulut honey entrepreneurs in Sumber Agung Village, Kuburaya Regency tend to be aware of the importance of IPR protection in securing innovation and investment in their local kelulut honey production. Diversification of IPR protection also reflects a good strategy to protect various aspects in the production and marketing chain of Kelulut honey products. Then to strengthen research regarding the protection of human rights towards innovation and investment in the production of local Kelulut honey products in Sumber Agung village, Kuburaya district.Keywords: consumer protection, resellers, bingka cakes.ABSTRAK Produk-produk unggulan daerah sangat penting untuk kemajuan perekonomian daerahnya dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Semakin unik atau khas suatu produk, semakin meningkat daya tariknya di mata konsumen dan nilai jual serta nilai tambah bagi produk tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menjaga kelestarian produk unggulan yang memiliki nilai keunikan atau kekhasan spesifik lokasi. Contohnya adalah produk Madu Kelulut Desar Sumber Agung kabupaten Kuburaya yang semakin populer karena keunikan dan rasa manisnya yang digemari oleh masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia.Adapun masalah yang telah dirumuskan adalah sebagai berikut :Bagaimana pengaruh perlindungan HAKI terhadap inovasi dan investasi dalam produksi produk lokal madu kelulut di Desa Sumber Agung Kabupaten Kuburaya?Bagaimana peran pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan lain dalam meningkatkan perlindungan HAKI terhadap produk lokal madu kelulut di Desa Sumber Agung Kabupaten Kuburaya?Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian hukum normatif adalah penelitian hukum yang mengkaji pelaksanaan atau implementasi ketentuan hukum positif (perundang-undangan) dan kontrak secara faktual pada setiap peristiwa hukum tertentu yang terjadi dalam masyarakat guna mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Pengkajian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan apakah hasil penerapan pada peristiwa hukum itu sesuai atau tidak dengan ketentuan undang-undang. Dengan kata lain, apakah ketentuan undang-undang telah dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya atau tidak sehingga pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan mencapai tujuannya atau tidak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian normatif-terapan, yang mengkaji perlindungan hukum kekayaan intelektual bagi pemilik startup.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapatkan hasil bahwa bahwa para pengusaha madu kelulut di Desa Sumber Agung Kabupaten Kuburaya cenderung memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya perlindungan HAKI dalam mengamankan inovasi dan investasi dalam produksi madu kelulut lokal mereka. Diversifikasi proteksi HAKI juga mencerminkan strategi yang baik untuk melindungi berbagai aspek dalam rantai produksi dan pemasaran produk madu kelulut. Kemudian untuk menguat penelitian mengenai mengenai perlindungan hakI terhadap inovasi dan investasi dalam produksi produk lokal madu kelulut di desa sumber agung kabupaten kuburaya.Kata kunci : perlindungan konsumen, reseller, kue bingka.]]>
