Perkembangan budaya K-Pop dan pesatnya penggunaan teknologi informasi digunakan sebagai media untuk belajar dan mendorong pelaku usaha membuka bisnis perdagangan elektronik atau E-Commerce, khususnya jual-beli barang terkait budaya K-Pop secara online. Dalam bisnis online, reseller memainkan peran penting, membeli produk dari agen untuk dijual kembali kepada konsumen akhir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mengenai upaya perlindungan hukum bagi pelaku usaha reseller merchandise K-Pop. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai proses penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Adapun sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara serta data sekunder yang bersumber bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa perlindungan hukum bagi reseller merchandise k-pop menjadi krusial dalam menghadapi kelalaian atau wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh produsen. Reseller memiliki hak untuk melaporkan dan mengajukan gugatan perdata untuk menuntut ganti rugi. Penyelesaian sengketa akibat wanprestasi dapat dilakukan secara litigasi atau non-litigasi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 1999, namun pelaku usaha reseller merchandise k-pop di Pontianak menyelesaikan sengketa dengan cara non litigasi dengan cara mufakat dan musyawarah untuk negosiasi dalam mencari jalan tengah berupa ganti rugi kepada pelaku usaha.
