<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of mobility and job changes on the performance of National Service Providers (NSP) of the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Service. This research is a quantitative type which involves data collection through questionnaires and data analysis through a multiple linear regression analysis model. Random sampling is a sample selection method. Multiple linear regression analysis was used on a sample consisting of eighty respondents. The results of the regression analysis show that 31.70% of the performance characteristics of employees of the National Private Organization (ASN) of the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Service are explained by circulation and movement, the remaining 68.30% is explained by other influencing factors. This was not researched in Bengkulu Province. This research. Currently, the F test results. count = (19.347) > Ftable = (2.49) which shows that the independent variables that change and change at the same time have many positive and negative influences on workers' work.
