<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Work Stress on PT Employee Performance. Puriasri Bhaktikarya. The object of this research is the employees of PT Puriasri Bhaktikarya totaling 60 respondents. This research technique uses a survey method, namely a research method that takes samples from the population and uses questionnaire sheets as a data collection tool. Variable measurements in this research use a Likert Scale. Based on these results, it is proven by testing the hypothesis (H1) that leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The regression equation value obtained is Y = 13.998 + 0.626 strong level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table (7.996 > 1.672) with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. Based on the results of hypothesis testing (H2), Job Stress partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The regression equation value Y = 12.039 + 0.632 . Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table (8.698 > 1.672). Based on the results of hypothesis testing (H3), it proves that there is an influence of Leadership Style and Job Stress on Employee Performance with a calculated f value > f table or 42.311 > 3.159.
