<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices at PT Mustika Ratu Tbk for the period 2009-2022. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. The research population is all financial statements, with samples including balance sheets, profit and loss, and stock price overview, selected through purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test hypothesis testing, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test. The t test results show that ROA has a sig value of 0.0003 <0.05 and a tcount value of 5.217> t table 2.200, this means that partially ROA has a significant effect on stock prices. DER has a sig value of 0.7472> 0.05 and a tcount value of -0.330 < t table 2,200, this means that partially DER has no significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the results of the research with the F test show that the sig value is 0.00 <0.05 and Fcount 14,336> 3,982, this means that ROA and DER simultaneously affect stock prices. The test results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) show 0.672, this means that simultaneously the effect of ROA and DER on stock prices has a contribution of 67.2%, while the remaining 32.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. ]]>
