<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 2 Subang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research strategy. The population in this study was 57 teachers using a saturated sample. In the data collection techniques in this research, observation, interviews and questionnaires were used. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis tests. The analysis test aids used in this research are using the SPSS program aids. The conclusions of this research are: 1) There is a partial positive influence between Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 2 Subang. 2) There is a positive influence between Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 2 Subang. 3) There is a simultaneous positive influence between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 2 Subang. ]]>
