The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work stress on employee performance at PT Prudential Agency Generasi Pasti Sukses, Central Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 50 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 43.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (6.068 > 2.011). Work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 23.9% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (-3.881 > -2.011). Leadership style and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 27.165 + 0.483X1 - 0.175X2. The coefficient of determination value is 60.3% while the remaining 39.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (35.686 > 2.800).
