The study aims to analyze: 1) the direct influence of promotion and service quality on tourist satisfaction, 2) the direct influence of promotion and service quality on tourist decisions, and 3) the indirect influence of promotion and service quality on tourist decisions through satisfaction. This research design uses survey research. This research will be carried out in the city of Cilegon. The population in the study was all tourists in Cilegon City totaling 105 people pawned samples. Data analysis techniques using path analysis The results showed that: 1) there is a direct positive and significant influence of promotion and service quality on tourist satisfaction 2) there is a direct positive and significant influence of promotion and service quality on tourist decisions, and 3) there is a positive and significant influence indirectly on promotion and service quality on tourist decisions through satisfaction.
