<![CDATA[Patient complaints and dissatisfaction with outpatient prescription services at Jember Klinik Hospital in 2023 contradict the achieved quality indicators. To identify and address pharmacy waste factors affecting outpatient prescription waiting time for improved service efficiency. This study is a descriptive research, and the data were obtained using the time and motion study method on outpatient prescriptions at Jember Klinik Hospital in September 2023. The observed NVA data accounts for 67.7% of the total waiting time. Identified wasteful steps include SIMRS input, Apotek online verification, and submission of prescriptions to the basket. Hospitals need to develop bridging system of Apotek Online and SIMRS as a best solution.]]>
