<![CDATA[The research of this study is to compare the performance of permanent and temporary workers. 113 workers at the National Land Agency Office in the Muaro Jambi Regency comprise the study's sample. There is a difference in the results between permanent employees (numbering 33) and non-permanent employees (numbering 80). The employee performance results show agreement with the employee's performance. For permanent personnel, the average performance rating is 3.72, while for non-permanent/contractual staff, it is 3.80. Based on the findings of an independent sample t-test, there is no significant difference in the performance of permanent and non-permanent personnel. The significance value (sig) of 0.937, which is less than 0.05, indicates this.]]>
