Abstract

This study is entitled The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibillity (CSR) on the Company's Financial Performance in the Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector for the 2019-2023 Period. The purpose of this study is first to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibillity (CSR) on Return On Assets (ROA). Second, to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibillity (CSR) on Return On Equity (ROE). Third, to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibillity (CSR) on Gross Profit Margin (GPM). Fourth, to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibillity (CSR) on Nett Profit Margin (NPM). The research method used is quantitative, this type of research data is secondary data using a simple regression equation model. The results showed that CSR has no effect on ROA with a significant value of 0.193 greater than 0.05, CSR has no effect on ROE with a significant value of 0.568 greater than 0.05, CSR has no effect on GPM with a significance value of 0.059 greater than 0.05, and CSR has no effect on NPM with a significance value of 0.451 greater than 0.05, which means that companies that are active in CSR activities do not always tend to have better financial performance. CSR is one of the company's strategies to improve its image and reputation, which is expected to contribute to improved financial performance.

Abstract

Sektor usaha yang paling berdampak dan banyak mengalami perubahan adalah sektor usaha dengan skala usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Dimana perubahan tekhnologi dalam hal penggunaan internet dalam sebuah unit usaha menjadi sangat penting. Untuk itu usaha mikro kecil dan menengah harus bisa beradaptasi dengan adanya perubahan teknologi yang sangat pesat di dalam hal penggunaan internet untuk operasional usaha dalam hal memasarkan produk – produk yang dihasilkan oleh pelaku UMKM. Elemen yang tak kalah penting nya yang harus di miliki oleh pelaku UMKM adalah legalitas usaha seperti Nomor Induk Berusaha, sertifikasi halal, P.IRT, dan BPOM. Berdasarkan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan, dapat diidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dari kegiatan ini sehingga dapat berjalan dengan baik, antara lain yaitu dukungan penuh dari Kepala Desa Kota Karang Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Peserta KKN Posko 1 Desa Kota Karang UM Jambi yang membantu kelancaran kegiatan pengabdian, serta antusiasme masyarakat Desa Kota Karang Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, peserta sosialisasi pengabdian masyarakat. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana dalam memberikan sosialisasi pada waktu pelaksanaan yaitu belum adanya praktek pengemasan produk-produk yang bisa meningkatkan penjualan.. Abstract

The research of this study is to compare the performance of permanent and temporary workers. 113 workers at the National Land Agency Office in the Muaro Jambi Regency comprise the study's sample. There is a difference in the results between permanent employees (numbering 33) and non-permanent employees (numbering 80). The employee performance results show agreement with the employee's performance. For permanent personnel, the average performance rating is 3.72, while for non-permanent/contractual staff, it is 3.80. Based on the findings of an independent sample t-test, there is no significant difference in the performance of permanent and non-permanent personnel. The significance value (sig) of 0.937, which is less than 0.05, indicates this.
