<![CDATA[The objectives of this research are (1) to identify the classification of imported fertilizer raw material based on the ABC analysis, (2) to identify the application of safety stock on the said material based on the ABC analysis, and (3) to identify the application of reorder point on the said material based on the ABC analysis. The data of this quantitative descriptive research was harvested from observations, interviews, and documentations and was analyzed using the three phases of 3IC Tools. The first phase employs the ABC analysis to classify the imported raw fertilizer material into A, B, and C classes. The second phase is the safety stock analysis conducted based on the previously performed classification. The third phase is the calculation of the reorder point of the said material based on the previously performed classification. This study finds that, from the five kinds of fertilizer raw material imported by PT Petrokimia Gresik, two are A class, two are B class, and one is C class. The results of the safety stock and reorder point calculations on the classified material indicate that the biggest safety stock and reorder point are on phosphate rock of B class. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui klasifikasi bahan baku pupuk impor berdasarkan analisis ABC, (2) mengetahui penerapan safety stock pada bahan baku pupuk impor berdasarkan kelas pada analisis ABC, dan (3) mengetahui penerapan reorder point pada bahan baku pupuk impor berdasarkan kelas pada analisis ABC. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dilakukan menggunakan 3IC Tools yang terbagi dalam 3 (tiga) tahapan, yaitu: tahap pertama, penerapan analisis ABC untuk mengklasifikasikan bahan baku pupuk impor berdasarkan kelas A, B, dan C; tahap kedua, perhitungan safety stock pada bahan baku pupuk impor berdasarkan kelas pada analisis ABC; tahap ketiga, perhitungan reorder point pada bahan baku pupuk impor berdasarkan kelas pada analisis ABC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 (lima) jenis bahan baku pupuk impor PT Petrokimia Gresik, terdapat 2 (dua) bahan baku yang masuk kategori kelas A, 2 (dua) bahan baku yang masuk kategori kelas B, dan 1 (satu) bahan baku yang masuk kategori kelas C. Pada perhitungan safety stock dan reorder point berdasarkan kelas pada analisis ABC, diketahui bahwa safety stock dan reorder point terbesar adalah pada bahan baku Phospate Rock pada kelas B.]]>
