Abstract

Café Sawah Pujonkidul Tourism Village is a business unit of BUMDes Sumber Sejahtera. Café Sawah Pujonkidul Tourism Village needs to develop its strategy, especially due to being affected by the current pandemic. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategy that can be used by the company for its business development. The formulation of the appropriate strategy is carried out in three strategic stages, namely the IFE and EFE matrices to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Then the SWOT Matrix to find out where the company is. Then determine the strategy with QSPM. The method used in this research is qualitative, so the form of the results of this study is in the form of writing. Data were collected through interviews and observations. The data was analyzed using management analysis tools. A suitable strategy used by Café Sawah Pujonkidul Tourism Village is market penetration. The alternative market penetration strategy got a score of 6.08, higher than the product development strategy which got a score of 5.49.

Abstract

The rapid growth of fashion has led to intense business competition in the fashion industry in Indonesia. The existence of intense competition with competitors requires business owners in the fashion industry to always pay attention to the needs and desires of consumers and understand their business to achieve competitive advantage in the midst of intense competition in the fashion business. The objective of this qualitative descriptive research is to identify the correct business development strategies for Cloura, an MSME engaged in fashion industry. Business competition in Indonesian fashion industry is one of the toughest competitions in the country. In order to win the competition and to gain competitive advantage, Cloura needs to have the appropriate business development strategies, which can be determined through analyses on IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, SWOT, and QSPM Matrix. This study finds that the QSPM Matrix suggested final business development strategy, that is increasing market share for the existing products by conducting more intensive marketing campaigns.

Abstract

The acceleration of the delivery of information both visually and text is a driving factor for the development of the fashion industry in Indonesia. Used clothes are no longer underestimated by the people of Indonesia. Not only ordinary people who do thrifting, but influencers in the clothing sector also choose this method. The objective of this research is to identify the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on customer’s decision to purchase from thrift shop. As the analysis uses numeral data and statistical processes, this study is categorized as quantitative research. Utilizing non-probability method and saturated sampling technique with the criteria of people who have ever made any purchase in Locaswara, 75 people were selected as the sample. The results of the data analysis performed in SPSS 25 indicate that brand image, product quality, and price partially have positive and significant effects on purchase decision. Furthermore, the result of the coefficient of regression suggests that product quality has the strongest influence on purchase decisions in Locaswara.

Abstract

Online media is the choice as a means of promotion considering the number of internet users is increasing all the time. Business people have to think about how to survive and continue to grow in the midst of crowded competitors. This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand ambassador and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This type of research uses survey research to determine the effect of the variables in this study. The population used in this study were Renkli.co consumers. The sampling technique in this research is the saturated sample, namely the number of samples is the same as the total population of 110 respondents. Sampling data obtained through questionnaires were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Business competition in fashion industry nowadays is increasing along the positive development of this industry in Indonesia. This is also followed by the rapid growth of MSME, particularly in Malang city. The fierce competition between business owners implies the importance of business strategy development in order to help the enterprises compete in the market. Asaff Hijab is a business in fashion industry in Malang city; and hijab is their commodity. Until today, the sales of this company remain unstable, and even tend to decrease. Insufficient human resource and ineffective product marketing have placed the venture in a stagnant position with very few sales. Based on the condition above, the objective of this research is to analyze the company’s internal and external factors to produce the appropriate strategy to develop their business. The primary data was harvested from interviews, while the secondary one was gathered from literatures and documents. The instruments of analysis are IFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, IE Matrix, ad QSPM Matrix. Based on the results of the analysis, the appropriate strategy for Asaff Hijab is market penetration.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy variable on mental health nurses' performance at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang mental health hospital, the effect of work stress variable on mental health nurses' performance at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang mental health hospital, the effect of emotional quotient variable on mental health nurses performance at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang mental health hospital. This type of research is explanatory research which explains the relationship and influence between one variable and another through hypotheses testing. The data collection technique applied in this research was a questionnaire. The population of this research was 281 mental health nurses with a research sample of 74 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The scale used in this research is the Likert scale. The result of this research towards the third hypothesis can be concluded: self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on mental health nurses' performance, work stress has no significant effect on mental health nurses' performance, and emotional quotient has a positive and significant effect on mental health nurses performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) and work discipline simultaneously or partially on the performance of sub-contractor workers in the BRI Malang Regional Office Building project. This type of research is explanatory re-search known as testing the hypothesis to determine the effect of the independent varia-bles, namely K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on the dependent variable Performance (Y) which use a quantitative approach. This study used a sample of 50 respondents. The hypothesis test in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The study results explained that K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) and work discipline had a simultaneous effect on worker performance, K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) did not affect performance, and work discipline had a positive impact on perfor-mance. Suggestions from this research are PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. The Department of Building is supposed to be able to maintain or even improve the implementation and supervision of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) and the discipline of the workers to produce a better performance on the PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Department of Build-ing in the future.

Abstract

This research is an evaluative applied research that aims to evaluate the effectiveness of online training activities for interns at Bank Sinarmas Syariah using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model which measures the effectiveness of four levels, namely reaction, learning, attitude, and outcome. This study uses a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach with a sequential explanatory strategy. Analysis of quantitative data used is quantitative descriptive. Data were obtained from 49 job training participants. In the level of reaction, learning and attitude obtained satisfactory evaluation results, while the level of results obtained satisfactory but not optimal results. Qualitative methods are needed as a follow-up to the findings of quantitative methods to answer research problems in a more solution way. The results of the qualitative research conclude that the management of the implementation of job training has been quite good but there are still obstacles caused by its implementation online. Online job training has a positive effect on job readiness assisted by mentoring activities. The heterogeneity of employee performance that occurs is caused by the placement function that is not in accordance with the job analysis as the main factor, followed by differences in motivation and field constraints.

Abstract

The processing industry is an industry that plays a major role in Indonesia's economic growth where the food and beverage sub-sector is the most dominating. Intense competition in the food industry encourages businesses to continue to innovate and control quality by reducing defects. Barin Food is an SME in Malang producing processed food distinctive to Malang; eggroll is one of its featured products. In the first quarter of 2022, it is recorded that 6831 pieces of vanilla eggroll were broken. The company has not used any instrument to control product quality. The goal of this study is to apply Statistical Quality Control method to minimize broken product in the company using histogram, Control Chart, and Fishbone Chart. The results of the analyses show that the company needs to suppress the number of broken products. The cause of the flaws is divided into four: human, machine, material, and environment. The result of the SQC analysis suggest the renewal of production machines.

Abstract

Lulaya Shop is an online shop engaged in fashion business focusing on females. Business competition especially in fashion in Situbondo regency has urged the shop to create an accurate marketing strategy. The objective of this research is to identify the company’s internal and external factors and to obtain a marketing strategy that suits the business’ internal and external factors. The data of this qualitative descriptive research was obtained from interviews with the shop’s oner and two customers, as well as from observations and documentation. In this study, matrices of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat (SWOT), Internal External (IE), and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) were used. Based on the analysis, the most appropriate strategy for  Lulaya shop is market penetration. The business can market their product through Shopee, can use Instagram more extensively, promote their products through Instagram Ads, improve their skill in design for better products and more attractive social media feeds, enhance the quality of their products, take partners to reach wider spectrum of customers, sell new products such as kids wears since their market are females who are also mostly mothers who also think about the children’s clothes, and hold discount and member card programs.
